Worst nightmare
Reviewed By harshadparikhWe had booked 2 presidential suites for 2 families as we had our grand children with us. This was for 2 nights which was 30/04/2022 and 1/05/2022. The NIGHTMARE started the moment we reached the hotel which was around noon. No food, no staff barring a receptionist and one lone lady helper. We had to leave the luggage behind and go out for food in the scorching heat. When we came back and went to the room the A/c was not working at all in one of the so called suite.hot water kettle too not working. We had to again go out for tea and milk as we had our grandchildren with us. In the evening when we came back there were around 7-8 dogs to greet us. As the ladies stared shouting the receptionist came out and the dogs went off. They served dinner at night which was at 10.00 pm and beyond. We checked out the very next morning without breakfast as we did not have further patience.

Negotiations were difficult and could not get the cash price at the desk below the on-line price of an agent Staff were not helpful Clean comfortable room Building was noisy inside All air cons operated from the front desk, staff refused to turn it on or in fact even give us the controller Baggage was handled roughly and damaged TV wasn't good I would expect this at a cheap rate and not complain but for the rate we paid ... totally unacceptable

Reviewed By Tanmay9999111111th march 2022 I was there at this hotel for a stay-over to attend a wedding at navsari. Upon arrival at the entrance of the hotel, the hotel staff pretending to be a valet boy (Name Shivam, who later turns out to be receptionist)requested us to allow him to take the car and park below at the basement. While taking away the car I realised the driver is bit confused while driving as I saw him not releasing the hand break and driving ahead. Once we were back to leave for the wedding, he(shivam) went down to take the car upstairs. While bringing it up he hits the car to the wall and damages my car front bumper. It was a Honda city model car.The damage was so bad that it needed total repairs. The G.M of the hotel Mr Rajesh Rajhans was also informed and the Managing Director Mr Gopal Gupta as well was told about the whole issue. When a person, staff of the hotel who is not assigned/or not trained or doesn’t have the knowledge for the said duties then why does he perform that and then causes damage to the property of the guest. The G.M Mr Rajesh Ranjan later at night met with us personally and assured the compensation for the damage. He requested to get him the quotation of the damage and then he will transfer the same amount to me.Upon sending the quotation he started to bargain on the amount for few days and then later said he would be transferring the same amount soon but till today I have not received anything from him nor does he respond to my calls. A pure fraud and irresponsible behaviour from the hotel staff and management team. I Didn’t expect this from such a brand hotel. The customer trusts the hotel and doesn’t expected such service from them. Beware of this hotel before dealing for any purpose. They promise a lot but have nothing to give in practical. Mr Rajesh Ranjan you were a men full of fraud attitude. Being a G.M of the property you should answer and promise the guest responsibly.
