Petrino Villas which are also called Selenitsa Villas, are set amongst olive trees, fruit trees and flower gardens. All of the five houses are stone built in local style and great care has been taken with detail to assure a pleasant staying. They are only five minutes walk from the nearest swimming place and the village centre with the picturesque harbor and the fishing boats.

Reviewed By 843jackied...... And we were lucky enough to stay at Petrino Villas in Agios Nikolaos! My husband and I stayed in Grevilea and we thought it was wonderful, very peaceful and so relaxing. As every review mentions, Stavroula is absolutely charming, so friendly and helpful. We have fallen in love with the beautiful Agios Nikolaos, It has enormous character for such a small village. We will definitely return.

The property is impeccable, the staff friendly, experienced and most welcome, making you feel at home every single day of your stay, satisfying all your special requirements, from extra soft pillows to beach towels… top quality ! Yannis, the manager of the property is always there, from the moment you arrive to give you all kinds of information on the property as well as the greater area, with excursion suggestions to restaurants and places of entertainment, until the day of your departure to say bye and see you again real soon! Great fellow!!! This was our second time this year and we cannot wait to return again in September. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful little seaside house - 10/10!
Reviewed By DebbieparosHaving missed last year, due to Covid we were delighted to be back for the 4th time and to find everything just as lovely as we remembered. The location is unbeatable with perfect views of the sea and the little fishing boats chugging about. The rooms, actually a 2 storey mini-house, are extremely clean, and so well placed for the village just 2-3 minutes stroll away. Everything you need is here, full kitchen, hairdryer, 2 loo's. Nikoleta looks after her guests incredibly well, spoiling us with fresh eggs, oil, home baked cakes and fresh fruit! Amazing! We love Niocleta and her place - can't recommend it highly enough. Its our proper little Greek home from home. If Nikoleta would let us bring our 2 cats, we could happily live here!!

In the village of Agios Nikolaos is the group of the autonomous studios Vrahos, which are ideal houses for holidays in Messinia. They are located 50 metres from the harbour. The Vrahos studios are open all year to offer you a consistently unique holiday destination. Vrahos studios consists of 4 studios with two beds each and one quad bed studio. All are fuctional and simple decorated. Our studios provede all necessary amentities to ensure you a pleasant stay, while the sheets and the towels are cleaned and changed twice a week.

Reviewed By anth0nystephencRun by great people who cannot do enough for you. One minute walk to the town and harbour but in a very peaceful location. Facilities very good and kept spotlessly clean. Booked for two weeks as part of an eight weeks trip on our day of arrival just wish we had stayed longer. Would recommend and return ourselves.

Relaxing Vacations in Nature
Reviewed By Ioanna FWe visited Tzokeika in January 2017 for 4 Days. We were 4 Adults and our baby Girl. We stayed in "Rosemary" which was a stone made two floor house, amazingly decorated, clean with two bedrooms (with satisfied size) in each of which wooden windows existed with beautiful see and mountain view, one living Room, a perfect equipped kitchen , 1 bathroom and 1 wc, balcony and a fireplace which we really enjoyed. The houses are made of stone and wood, surmounted of olive trees and flowers. The architecture of the whole Hotel area (included our house) is amazing and it transfers you into another period in time. It is worth to be mentioned that the respect for the environment is visible even in small details. We really enjoy nature and the location was perfect in order to explore Mani. Parking spot was available on our request. Internet Signal was perfect through our entire stay. Mr. Vassilis who was our host was very polite and he satisfied all our requests. The only thing that might be consider as a small negative was that there was not even one TV around in the whole house .:)) However, all five of us left Tzokeika with positive feeling and beautiful memories...it realy changes your mood to wake up in such an environment. We would defiantly recommend the place to our friends

Reviewed By Rosie WYiota was an excellent host. The room was spotlessly clean and it was near to all amenities. We had two small bedrooms and two shower rooms for an exceptionally good price. Small area outside with chairs and table and umbrella. Highly recommended.
