Reviewed By Ramlalla59I stayed with my family for two nights in the hotel. It is small budget hotel offering all basic amenities but lacks cleanliness in dinning area and other common area. rooms are good to send night with AC working fine. Breakfast timings do not suit most of persons going early to Vaisno Mata visit by Helicopter. Front desk is congested bur services are satisfactory. Basement parking is available for cars.Food quality is also average.

Worst hotel i have stayed in my life - first of all owner( kannu sharma 9906229009 ) is cheater, he just talk too much and don't do what he say, so don't trust on him. - wifi was not working - bulbs and electrical switches also missing - towel, soap, shampoo this basic amenities were also not provided. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. -drainage system was too bad after shower all water flows out of bathroom. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central and very dirty, dust had settled everywhere. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with too much when we asked kannu (the owner) if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?" I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff.

Reviewed By saurabh110095Worst hotel in katra, far away from city. Reception staff is rude. Rooms are soiled with seepage. They show some different rooms in pictures & have different rooms when you check in. Far outside the city .
