First Time faced so rude behave on phone in Hotel industry during my 61 years life.
Reviewed By SglkoWe have reached here on 22nd April around 8 P. M. It was a very difficult task to locate the lodge because it is situated in very interior village. We have called on mobile no 099544 16945 displayed on Google. Person on phone guided so any How We reached there but very dim light was there so we find it difficult to trace the way to reception so I have told to person that there is no indicator or board is displayed hearing this he looses his temper and burst in very tude manner saying 'go away, I have no room my lodge is full' and he disconnected the call. I was very much shocked I never faced such situation. Any way I traced the way and reached to reception. I have asked the Manager that was he talked with me on phone. He refused. Room was satisfactory but no room service was there. Electric kettle not provided. A/C not installed and no T. V in the room. Any wayI have managed my 2 night stay there. But I still could not understand why was he get annoyed on raising right issue in polite manner. If you can trace the way on his own without Google then dare to stay there other wise you can conclude.

Well, we visited the camp during a late evening and the experience of that drive still gives me panic. Far from any human footprint, tucked into the deep forest, with bumpy muddy roads and pitch dark forest all around. Well, the perfect adventure for the buffs. The camp was powered by local generators and solar panels supplying enough power to dim lights, which perfectly gels with the vast untamed forest all around. Well the next morning, we were surprised how luxurious the huts were from within. Sofas, geysers, charging points, and other basic amenities you could never have imagined at such as remote location. Amazing stuff. Food was limited to local thalis and Indian meals, but the taste and portions are amazing. Well, this isn't a place where you should be expecting Netflix and unlimited Wi-Fi. Enjoy the forest, enjoy the silence, enjoy the local hospitality and enjoy the wild thrill.

Reviewed By CrapahuteurAll the family is very friendly. The location is perfect. They organize jeep Safari and are very helpful for elephant ride. The free wifi is very appreciated in this kind of Guest House. So it is a very good place for two nights.

Worst place I have ever seen in my life
Reviewed By tapashbharadwajI have stayed in Camp Rhino Resort yesterday with my family and friends. What a weast of money. There was no electricity, no TV, No generator. Lots of insects inside room. Rooms are not cleaned. How they are running a resort like this. The service is pathetic. No one serves you on time. You have to be after them for any single item, even for a cup of tea. I advice, never visit this pathetic place in your life. It was my nightmare to stay in that haunted place.

Loved the Rhino spotting experience and thier natural habitat. Please dont Kill this beautiful animal in it natural home for it precious skin and horn

Comfortable and Decent Hotel
Reviewed By ShaliniP206We stayed here for two days. They provide all essential amenities to stay. The rooms are small but comfortable. They provide TV, hot water supply and parking space for vehicles. The staff is good but sometimes a bit problem due to language barrier. The bedsheets are clean but the comforter and blankets need some fresh air and sun. Since we went in December, the Assam is bit chill during nights. Food options are limited. We had only breakfast but they attempt to cater your needs. The manager of the lodge is friendly and have great contacts to book Elephant Safari ( since we made last minute plan to Kaziranga), he helped us in booking Elephant safari when tickets were not available online. He charged the normal rate to book for us. The location of the hotel is good. It is near Kaziranga main gate and western zone safari gate.
