The red coloured buildings stand out from the green of the vines, the main house dating back to the 16th century was originally a fortified tower and was later transformed into a convent as can be seen by the vaulted ceiling and the numerous cubby holes in the thick walls.The land called d’Aibo was already mentioned in ancient scriptures dating back to the year 500 ad. These tell of how the monks living in the monastry at Monteveglio bought several plots of land in the area called Aibo vineyard and therefore prove that winemaking in this area was already a reality such a long time ago
Beautiful but very noisy
Reviewed By Kudu88The farm stay itself is beautiful and the lake is a fantastic feature. The food and wine were amazing and the staff really friendly. The room was also really beautiful and cosy, with a very comfortable bed. Only negative thing is that the rooms have absolutely zero sound proofing so we could hear everything that was happening in the building. EVERYTHING. Considering what the rooms cost per night it would have been nice to wake up at a time of our choice rather than at 7am during our holiday, to the sound of banging cupboards, gossiping staff and the loud smashing of cleaning the coffee machine downstairs.

Great stopover
Reviewed By Niek BThis was our second stopover to a camping in Le March. It was a perfect place to reenergize and have a good night of sleep. Pool is of a nice size and rooms are equipped with all that is needed. Small downside is the steep and slightly narrow drive way and parking spots. Great benefit is the excellent restaurant.

The Castellazzo is located on the top of a hill and offers a panoramic view. The farm is an organic cultivation of vines, olives, nuts and fruit trees; produce, in addition, the very honey. It has large rooms eye for details, ideal for holding seminars, courses, workshops, weddings, receptions, exhibitions of art and culture and every other kind of activity. Service B & B.

The views are astonishing and the quiet magical. This place grows on you, it might not be 5 star, but take the rustic environment and embrace the good life - you won't be disappointed. We hope to return soon.

Locanda La Tagliolina is a guesthouse with 5 rooms. We are in the middle from Bologna and Modena on the Bologna hills. Round us ther are a lot of winery and beautifull little historical village.Not so far there are swimmingpools, adventure park and horses to ride.At the restaurant La Tagliolina you can taste original italian food.Handmade pasta like the real Tagliatelle with bolognese souse, Tortellini, Tortelloni and other good quality food.Locanda La Taglilina is a great place for cyclist an wine/food lovers

No mobiles (Tre and Vodafone no coverage), and we mention as an advantage. With 4 rooms, nice place to come back for dinner and sleeping in the wood. You will also discover the origin of the name of Pignoletto (local good sparkling white wine)

Our farm is renovated from an old farmhouse which is in the hills of Monteveglio, City of Wine and historical heart of the Val Samoggia, halfway between Bologna and Modena.TV, Wi-fi, Handicap access, Parking, Air conditioning, Heating, Breakfast, Minibar, Kitchen (only in small apartments), Whites, Hairdryer, Bicycle, Arrangement with local restaurants.

Reviewed By rosco455My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on our month long trip around Italy and we were very glad to stay here. Bruno and his family made us welcome the minute we arrived, chatting with us every breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed and discussing interesting facts about Italy and beyond! His son flavio have us some great recommendations including the nearby deli which we visited 3 times! The rooms were clean and new, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The breakfast food was delicious, set aside in a separate side building with unlimited coffee and home made treats that his wife cooked. Electric bikes were available to use and were almost brand new, we took an hour long ride to the castle and it was breathtaking! Bruno took us down to his cellar door for some free wine tasting (accompanied by his wife’s cooking, which was amazing!), this was great! Thank you Bruno for the lovely two days, it has been the highlight of our trip so far - could not get a friendlier family if you tried! From lambros & jacqui

Simple, calm and pleasant structure
Reviewed By Michal BI stayed in this agritourism structure only for one night during my longer trip and could definitely recommend it. Being positioned in the countryside, far from the cities and also main roads, it´s super calm. You could definitely relax perfectly without being disturbed by rumours, lights etc. The owners are very nice people, trying to let you stay as pleasant as possible. I was positively surprised by the quality of the breakfast where there is served actually what you want. So if you are not OK with standard Italian sweet breakfast, you could have also some cheese and prosciutto. The only disappointing thing was a slow, nearly not functioning Wi-Fi. Also the heating is a bit rumorous if you want a higher temperature, but in general the room was fine. During the dark time it´s maybe not so easy to find the structure as the address is a number of the main road, but you can´t see it in the evening being a bit far from the road. I recommend to put in your navigator the street ´Via Montebudello,´ even without any number, this will guide you to exit from the main road correctly and from there it´s easy to find it.

Reviewed By Gaidi2611Wir hätten gleich nach der ersten Nacht verschwinden sollen, oder besser gleich bei Ankunft umkehren sollen. Solch ein verwinkeltes Haus habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Unterm Dach war es ziemlich schmutzig, die Dielen vorm Bad waren so durchgetreten, man musste aufpassen, sich keinen Splitter einzuziehen, In der Dusche kam ein Rohr aus der Wand, ich habe nicht herausgefunden, für was. Hinter einem Vorhang waren irgendwelche Utensilien gestapelt, sozusagen eine Messi-Kammer. Ein kläffender Hund - der könnte sein Frauchen leider auch nicht darauf aufmerksam machen, dass ich einen Föhn suchte........ AirBnB oder Booking.com sollten diese Unterrkunft mal dringend überprüfen
