Reviewed By JJCC_10+ its a cheap hotel. + lots of parking available. + gardens looked nice. + large rooms with nice views. - self check in. We called to book the hotel on the day about 6 hours before arrival but they didn't have a room prepared for us. There are no staff at reception, once we found someone, they had to call the owners to sort out rooms, but couldn't get through to them. So we said we'd come back later. - we got back, self check in, had to wonder the hotel to find our room since there isnt staff or signs to show you directions. - there wasn't a baby cot which we requested so we had to call. Waited 30 mins and still noone to bring a cot so we just left the hotel. Terrible experience. You should at least have staff at reception.

A Wonderful Visit to the Dolomites
Reviewed By Jeff GWe traveled to Italy last week when the weather turned sour to find some sun and hiking. We took a shot in the dark and booked Hotel Linde because of it’s terrific location and access to all sorts of transportation (free for Hotel guests). We were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was clean and well kept and the staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms have balconies and are a bit larger than many European hotels. The bathrooms were a little small but adequate for a 3 night stay. The restaurant was outstanding. Cooked to order breakfast was included but guests need to go no further for their evening meal. We ate. There our entire stay and it was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel. A travel tip—visit the Tourist Office about a 10 minute walk away and get all the updated schedules and maps for your walks/hikes. This area is astonishing!

Reviewed By marieP8247ZNThe hotel is situated above Klobenstein and can be reached by the 167 bus. However, it would be more comfortable with a car. The staff at reception speak English and were very professional during check in and out. The rooms are spotless and many have a wonderful view of the Dolomites. The restaurant offers an amazing choice of food. There is a wide ranging menu and many specials each day, even fresh oysters! Food is well prepared and tasty. We were there over New Year and it was really special. The place to stay in Klobenstein.

The owner showed us the two rooms available and we took the one with the balcony. What a view wr had over the mountains. Spacious room, clean, good beds and a great shower. We also got free tickets for 2 way train trip to the cable lift station and also for a 2 way ride with the lift to Bolzano. The breakfast was really extensive with all kinds of fresh food and drinks. Eggs any style were served on request. You can not book the hotel through booking.com, you have to contact the hotel yourself. But is worth the exercise. We will be back!!

Money well spent
Reviewed By TJO1966In general this was a great place to stay. We were in Ritten for an Ice Hockey tournament and these apartments were clean, cosy and good value. The coffee shop downstairs were exceptionally friendly, helpful and provided us with very tasty, good value breakfasts. The views were amazing from the balcony and I would love to return in summer. Only negative really is that the kitchen lacked a kettle and washing up cloth/liquid and if travelling with children be aware that the upstsirs is open plan sleeping.

Reviewed By Carla197521Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Lea, una casaklima nuova, con terrazza panoramica assolata, con vista sullo Sciliar e su un bellissimo laghetto balneabile d'estate, ora ghiacciato e su un parco giochi per bambini. La signora Heidi, perfetta padrona di casa, ci ha fatto assaggiare la confettura di lamponi e i biscottini di Natale, deliziosi! L'appartamento caldo, accogliente, tutto rivestito di legno, con arredi di legno semplici e moderni. Due camere da letto con finestre che danno sul retro del maso, un bagno nuovo e pulitissimo con doccia ed un soggiorno con angolo cottura molto spazioso. Tante stoviglie, decorazioni natalizie fatte dalla signora Heidi, che ci ha anche preparato un mini albero di Natale, delizioso, con dei rami di abete in un vaso di vetro e ci ha acceso la lanterna in terrazza, la notte di Natale. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo! Avevamo a disposizione le uova fresche, lo speck fatto in casa, le confetture, il pane fresco ci veniva fornito tutte le mattine. Tante comodità e tante bontà! Nel prezzo e' inclusa la Rittencard che permette di prendere tutti i mezzi pubblici in Alto Adige gratis e di visitare gratis circa 80 musei altoatesini. Noi abbiamo viaggiato con il trenino del Renon spesso e volentieri, tra Soprabolzano e Collalbo e viceversa e siamo scesi a Bolzano in funivia in 12 minuti, poi siamo saliti in cabinovia sul corno del Renon, abbiamo visitato il museo archeologico di Bolzano... Tutto gratis...Che spasso! Nei dintorni la Freudpromenade, un percorso in mezzo al bosco, percorribile anche con il passeggino, con possibilità di prendere il trenino in diversi punti, se si vuole rientrare al maso. Una vacanza di Natale indimenticabile, anche grazie all'arrivo della neve a Santo Stefano...che magia!
