Quiet holiday
Reviewed By Tricky DAdvertised as a 4 star. I would say that’s optimistic. Although you can see some improvements on the hotel there is a long way to go. There are numerous health and safety issues like cracked toilet seats, non slip grips on pool steps missing and other things. The room was ok but impossible to sit out on the balcony during the day as no shade from the sun, the food was a buffet and although looked good, would of tasted better if hotter. The half board plus which meant free wine and beer from 3-10 was ok but wine on offer was awful and beer not much better. Management were prowling the restaurant putting staff on edge when there was no need really because the staff were doing a commendable job. As for information about the resort that was non existent in the hotel, nothing on show.even from Jet2. The beaches around the resort were ok although the sand very gritty.. we did enjoy our holiday there but not a place we’d go back to

Reviewed By Q3171TVcarlodRoom are clean and staff are quite polite. However service, and almost breakfast and dinner are unacceptable and disgusting. We paid for breakfast and dinner but after the first experience we decide to go out. Juice are distributed by machine but is water colored. I can’t understand how such hotel is qualified 4 star.

This is not a dog friendly hotel!
Reviewed By MGrubiThis hotel advertises itself to be dog friendly but it is not! If you are traveling with a dog, they put you in a separate building with tiny rooms, no WiFi and no safe deposit and with the key they hand you the house rules stating that dogs are not allowed anywhere in the hotel and around the pool. The hotel itself would be quite charming but quite dated. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the mattresses are very soft and the AC is very weak. The swimming pool may not be used between 1.30 to 4.30pm - something I have never experienced anywhere else. We only had breakfast at the hotel and were underwhelmed by the choice and quality of the food at the breakfast buffet. We tried to make an order once which was denied both times, once claiming they had no eggs in the kitchen and the second time claiming that the chef was not in yet. This means that you are limited to what is available on the buffet. But what lets this hotel down most is its director. I do not know why he works in hospitality. He is arrogant and rude and obviously does not know how to handle issues. The young female receptionist, however, is very friendly and competent. We would personally not return to this hotel. There are other hotels in Baia Sardinia that are beautiful and probably better value for money.

Reviewed By simonm462First visit to Sardinia as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. We love lake garda this is our favourite place Hotel was ok, very clean and tidy. The staff were great and made the holiday great. We stayed all inclusive. If we had a choice again we would of just stayed room only. The only all inclusive drink you can have in the day is Beer or soft drinks. No wine or spirits which was a shame ! You can have wine with your dinner though The guy who sings at night was great and the 2 girls that do the entertainment were great. All in a all a great stay

Reviewed By SwissmisstravellerWonderful location, nice clean beaches. Excellent for snorkeling and bike rides. Nice market and restaurant on site. We chose a camper van pitch near the sea views away from the night time “animation”. Made no difference. We could hear the loud annoying tacky music and italian chatter on a loud speaker all night until around 11pm. We chose this campsite for its perfect location on the beaches, nature, moonlight skies romantic views. But this is ruined by night by the italian animation noise. Which is mandatory to pay for per person per day as an extra charge to your bill. Our pitch had separate showers and toilets for the area we were located at, clean But old and tired. The main block was a lot more modern and spacious. Considering we paid an eye watering €165 for 3 Nights we would expect to have a decent shower and a toilet that isn’t just a whole in the floor. Recommend only if you can cope with the constant nighttime noise bellowing across the bays through loud speakers which are all located right at the restaurant. So no quiet romantic meals possible to enjoy.
