Spent a great afternoon cooking with Kata, an excellent and knowledgeable guide and cook, in the company of some lovely fellow foodies. Learnt some great tips that I’ll certainly use - can’t wait to try out the dishes we cooked at home ! This is an excellent course, accompanied by wine tasting to give a real good introduction to Hungarian cuisine. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fovam ter is a gateway to my interesting places eg. the Main Market, the River Danube. There is also a M4 metro station in here. It is an ideal place for exploring Budapest in Pest or walking to Buda side as well.
