A place must to go. This place is near to Dandeli. Good quality roads. A dream road for bikers who loves cornering. It takes 20₹ per head fees & 20₹ for bike & 40₹ for car. From main road it's 2 km off road ride. Need to descend 300 steps to go close to water.

Place where we can see God Shiva Idol (Linga), inside the Cave.. Evvery Mahashivratri there will be Many people travelling from diff places to see this Kavala Cave..
If you are going through Ambikanagar then need to travel 7 kms Ghat downside & then climb 1200 steps..
If you are going through Dandeli then need to travel through Kulgi & then walk down 600 steps..
Awesome Place & Love to visit again & again..

A serene national park with lots of wild animal. Do not go there if you expect to see a tiger or a black panther. The sightings are very few and far in between. The jungle is thickly forested and it becomes very difficult to have any sightings, one has to be very careful and very alert to spot any wildlife. Having said that the fresh air and the calmness of the forest relaxes your mind and rejuvenates your body.

This is a standard stop as a part of the wildlife safari in Anshi national forest. The view point is reachable via a flight of stairs. The place is beautiful and beyond words. You will be able to see thick dense forest on the other side. Sunset time is rather pleasant and you can stick around for 10 minutes before going back to complete the safari.
There is no way to visit this place except by going for wildlife safari. Once you are on safari, this is free of cost and included in the loop.
