It comprises three complementary attractions; National Horseracing Museum in the Trainer’s House and King’s Yard Galleries, Packard Galleries of British Sporting Art in Palace House, and a chance to meet former racehorses in the flagship home of Retraining of Racehorses. For a family who knows nothing about horses or racing we had a great day out. Very pleasant and helpful staff, extremely knowledgeable - our turn on the simulator was great fun. Nice to be able to combine inside and outside elements. The cakes from the little coffee shop were amazing !!! We live locally so the free annual pass will be very handy when it arrives.

Superb food, very accommodating staff and overall welcoming. We had the Sunday roast, and followed up with dessert - both of which were stupendous.

This is a fabulous racecourse immaculate in every way, flowers and lawns beautifully manicured. The views down the mile are superb and the atmosphere is friendly and lively when the horses come in to view. The staff are very polite and can not do enough for you. I spent a day here recently and had a fab time. All the staff were lovely and explained everything clearly. The hydro pool is gorgeous, it was the perfect temperature during the recent heatwave, and the different stations were great fun. Everywhere was absolutely spotless. Loved the rooftop hot tub, there was plenty of seating everywhere and the inside lounge was very smart, all white and comfy. Enjoyed the fun showers, ice and tropical etc. There is a beautiful garden with a sitting area with tables, we had cocktails, cakes and Pimms out there. We had a Rasul mud treatment which was great fun, we had a private room to ourselves which was a good size and there was plenty of all the lovely products and they did not disturb us at all, allowing us plenty of time to do the treatment. All in all, this spa is great, can't wait to go back.
