We stumbled upon Oz Ski Resort one weekend looking for something to do. We drove from Brisbane on no recommendation. I haven't skied for 27 years and I thought I would try it again and see if our 6 year old son wanted to try it. Amazingly, Emma had him up skiing within his first 30 min lesson. My lesson made me realize how much I enjoy watersports and lake settings. Emma suggested a tube ride at the end of the lesson. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful experience. We had an absolute blast. We were badgered the entire trip home as to when we could return. We did return and it was just as fun! Emma somehow got me up wakeboarding in 30mins as well. She knows what she is doing. We will be returning to give the whole family a share in the fun. Whether you are a local, a day tripper, or on holidays I would highly recommend Oz Ski Resort for any level of skill/ experience.
