We went here during a Shearings holiday. There is a gentle climb on a circular path, the view from the top is well worth the effort, highly recommended.

Der Plattlinger Wasserturm wurde in den Jahren 1933/1934 als zwölfeckiges Bauwerk mit einer Höhe von 45,50 Metern und einem Durchmesser von 15,30 Metern erbaut. Der Wasserturm dient als Gegenbehälter zur Druckerhaltung und zur Pufferung der Wasserversorgung der Stadt Plattling. Nach vorheriger Anmeldung im Kultur- und Tourismusamt der Stadt Plattling kann der Wasserturm besichtig werden.
