April 2020, so yes the water in the pond is very low. But, the birds are still here, so are our locals that come out for a nice walk in this nature setting. It does not matter if you walk slow or run. Your fellow nature lovers will be friendly, greet you with a smile and possibly even have a small talk with you.

I would like to respond to Bob j. The park only charges a fee during the snowbirds college baseball tourny. The disc golf course is one of the best on the S.W. Coast of Fla. It is extremely well maintained and has tournaments with some of the best DISC golfers in the WORLD. Please come and enjoy all the amenities this wonderful park has to offer. Yes it is disc golf not frisbee golf.

Kiwanis Park

Having been ill for awhile, I haven't been going out much.I wanted to find a nice place to walk and my brother suggested this park. I am glad he did. There is a play area when you first go in, but if you go over the bridge, there is a lake and some picnic areas. There lots of ibis, which are quite tame to feed and a few breeds of ducks.Lots of wildlife also. On one visit, I saw a baby owl in one of the trees which was wonderful to see! There are walking trails also, and a few of them have exercise equipment along the way. The park has been well maintained, keeping the natural beauty of the woods. I find it relaxing to take a lunch and sit at one of the covered picnic tables and enjoy the scene. I hope this park will always remain here.
