Thé Hinkler Hall of Aviation brightened an otherwise gloomy weathered day. Our pleasant, enthusiastic and informative Customer Service person Yvonne, provided the perfect ‘clues’ to help us navigate this wonderful example of celebration of Bundaberg’s favourite Son. The whole experience from the Interactive Displays, photographs and fascinating memorabilia to the personal interaction with Bert & Nance in Mons Repos gave us an insight way beyond our expectation. Allow plenty of time to absorb the Hall and adjoining Mons Repos - thoroughly worth a few hours to enjoy travelling back to 1928 ! Thanks D&G, Brisbane

this is a small gallery run by passionate people. The museum has a lending library of a large range of art books in conjunction with the library. During my stay they had two very interesting exhibits focusing on the local/regional: Found! Studio Dog, with most of the art pieces tied to man's (and woman's) best friend in a time of isolation and the other exhibit a history of the two iconic bridges of the town: the Burnett and Kennedy bridges built in the late 19th century.

The Barrel

We have a 9yo already addicted to ginger beer. What a great place for him to learn & experience how his fav drink is made, with interactive activities during the self guided tour, then taste testing with Marie, which included a take home pack. I now have a kid who has many more favourite flavours & a real understanding of how it is made. Add this to your list of stops in Bundaberg!
