Reviewed By FABRICIO32Me hospede ahi del 16 al 18 de Marzo, en realidad solo queria el hotel para dormir, pero al llegar me lleve varias sorpresas, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el ventilador hacia muchisimo ruido, imposible de usar pues no puedes dormir, parecía que estaba en el sauna, me despertaron por la mañana para mover mi auto pues el estacionamiento que tienen es insuficiente, sin embargo entendi que quizas si hubiera dejado las llaves en recepcion me hubiera evitado la desagradable situación de ser despertado a las 8am. Pague la siguiente noche, al llegar a dormir ahora si quise dejar las llaves en la rececpcion y el personal muy grosero me dijo que no se podia, lo unico que les pedía era que a la mañana siguiente no me despertaran y por eso dejaba mis llaves, lo ultimo que queria es despertarme a las 7am estando de vacaciones, me dijeron que me devolvian mi dinero, buscar otro hotel a las 12 de la noche en puente??imposible, pero si le comente que si me o hubieran dicho a las 11am con gusto lo aceptaba, ME AMENAZARON CON MANDAR A LA POLICIA por pdedirles que no me despertaran e incluso dejandoles las llaves de mi auto, en fin, ENGAÑO TOTAL Y ABSOLUTAMENTE GROSEROS, no regreso nunca.

Reviewed By robertoprimopPor motivos de trabajo me tocó hospedarme en este pequeño hotel ya que el evento fue ahí mismo. La verdad es que cuando llegué al hotel y lo vi por fuera no me dió muy buena espina, pero cuando me abrieron el portón y entré y me recibieron... me sorprendí. El lugar es pequeño, pero muy acogedor. Tienen un excelente servicio y el personal en todo momento se mostró muy atento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, decoradas con buen gusto. Las camas tienen almohadas de distinta firmeza, y son muy cómodas. El hotel también cuenta con un amplio jardín. La carta de alimentos es básica, pero muy bien preparada. Siempre hay un negrito en el arroz, en esta ocasión en la noche me tocaron unos vecinos un poco ruidosos, pero no fue toda la noche, y cuando al día siguiente el gerente escuchó mi comentario me preguntó por qué no les había dicho, que me hubieran cambiado inmediatamente de habitación. Sin lugar a dudas es un muy buen hotel. Gracias por su atención.

Reviewed By AlessandraPCMy boyfriend and I were in Yautepec for a wedding and we ended up staying here. Indira was a great host and the B&B was very cute and very functional. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was nice. My only observation is that there was too much light in the room in the am.. but other than that it was great.

Reviewed By Arturo SThe place is like an Oasis. Once they open the big steel doors, you enter a very beautiful and large place, with lots of vegetation and space. They have two small pools and the place is very well kept. The people are very service orientated. The restaurant is awesome; excellent food at very affordable prices. Stay on weekdays; you will pretty much have the place to your self.
