Mesmerizing Stay!
Reviewed By scorpio2979This property is branded as Welcome Heritage however it's fairly new (6 -7 years old) and tastefully done. You get a heritage experience (ambience lot of wood used) however this is complimented with all modern amenities. Bathroom are large with personal huge geysers, dual heaters are provided in room to ensure winters are taken care off. Property does have a restaurant serving multi cuisine/room service, a bar which resemble more of sports bar with access to games like chess, carrom, pool, TT etc. Property owner Her Highness - Urvashi Singh is also remarkable, she takes personal interest to ensure guest staying get a gala experience. It's a nature resort and does have natural ecological pool and brook running across resort which is an experience by itself. There were days when we don't wish to do anything outside the resort. Food is nice, staff is polite and amenities are great. Resort mascot is French Bull Dog and you can see innovative use of mascot in and around property, whether coasters to menu inscription, so if you are pet lover than for sure this resort will delight you further. Duplex rooms are best, if travelling with family as they have "Attic" which is a multipurpose space can be used as sitting/reading space in day and can be used for extra sleeping space at night. Would love to go back to resort whenever we are visiting next Manali.

The view of the valley from this cottage is an ultimate experience & a beautiful Waterfall ‘JOGNI’ provide for a different locale. A beautiful walkway from doorstep leads to Bashisht hot water spring kund. With the growing inclination of being healthy and eating hygienic food; we offer you freshly cooked home food and mountain delicacies. A la carte menu is also available to order from. The villa has four luxury deluxe bedrooms en suite washroom with bathtub. One family duplex on the ground floor. Cozy and comfy interiors, wooden flooring, dressing room, room-heaters, a mini bar and dining, co-work and chill-out spaces, a living room with tandoor for cold times.
Don't book this villa.. host and caretaker both are not trustworthy.. owner stays in the property only who has full control... ?

We had booked this villa for 14 members (all family members including 2 kids and 5 ladies) for 4 nights in February 1st week .. we had booked this villa before 15 days considering and discussing with host Mr Vikas Sharma such as all weather conditions as heavy snowfall and after effects.. this villa is located near Jogini waterfall 300 meters inside from main Highway.. we were in touch with host (who was out of town) and the caretaker Rinku from last 24 hours regarding our check in and arrival at Manali.. On the day of check in also we called Rinku and informed about that we are on the way to villa. Since it was heavily snowing from last few days, road from main road connecting to the villa was not accessible by normal cars.. so we booked a 4*4 vehicle for a distance of 300 meters. That vehicle also couldn't reach destination so we walked another 5 mins from a snow covered roads... This all was ok as we were excited to check in the villa.. However on reaching the villa, main entrance gate was locked from inside.. we called out for Rinku he didn't come so we called him on his phone which he didn't bother to answer.. after screaming and calling his name for 5-10 mins another Person appeared who was the owner of the villa. Then we came to know that owner stays in villa premises only and Mr Vikas has been given the property on lease. Owner didn't allow us entry.. he was very angry with vikas / the bookings being taken as there was no electricity, water connection due to heavy snowfall.. we were shocked with what all was happening. He didn't open the gate we were standing outside the gate in heavy snowfall. Owner said that he is not going to open the gates in whatever conditions as there were no basic necessities available. Our concern is we were not informed or communicated with all above conditions or status.. we had to find out another accomodation last moment with heavy prices that too in bad weather. We got our booking amount returned but we had to go through a worst nightmare one can ever imagine.. please don't book this villa, care taker and host both are not trust worthy.. total control is in the hands of an owner. Road are not accessible during winters. Worst experience ever??

Reviewed By Yashwant LWe stayed in this hotel from 30/9/2017 . When we reached there, even they dont offer to us welcome drink or water. On request they provide the water. Generator is also not available in this hotel, due to this one whole day we could not take bath. Room service is so bad, after making 3-4 calls only then they r responding. Plz avoid this hotel.
