Reviewed By MargaretinParisI stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace. There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes. I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children. I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly. I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water. A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.

Large rooms, nice bar but poor breakfast and bad WLAN
Reviewed By 590franzpPositive: Rooms are big with balcony. Well for smoker. It's one of two hotels in tunisa we found, where you can get a beer or vine for dinner. In all other hotels you don't get any alcohol. They have a very nice bar where you can drink a beer to the dinner. Many locals visitor came to the bar because it's one of the rare places in Tunis where you can have alcohol for the dinner. Negative: Internet works badly. Many times not at all. WiFi available but no connection to the internet. Shower: The shower bends down and the water only hits the wall. Breakfast: Poor instant coffee. Buffet but doesn't look appetizing at all. The question at breakfast whether the baguettes from yesterday were answered with yes.
