Worst hotel experience in Greece so far
Reviewed By Sophia KOur worst hotel experience in Greece so far… We decided to come to Corfou for a very short 3 day break and chose this hotel for what we understood to be a quiet, well situated and quality hotel with a beautiful view. I exchanged an email with the owner herself, Tereza who wrote me “We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us!” who could have also mentioned the wedding party that was going to take place at the hotel on Saturday night, but didn’t. We realised once checked in that we would not be able to enjoy a quiet evening like expected and rest from our journey since really loud music was playing all the evening and until early morning. When we explained the disagreement to the manager the next day, we didn’t get any apologies but were told instead that it was only 1 evening so nothing to complain about. When we complained and asked for a compensation the managers were just rude and it turned out these people are only interested by the money they can get from you. This ruined our stay. Also the breakfast was very disappointing with a very limited choice. Don’t expect any kind of traditional bread, food or whatsoever. Only industrial products.

Another Fantastic Stay!
Reviewed By Steve BAfter our visit last July, my wife and myself are holidaying in Agios Stefanos again and are rapidly coming to the end of another most enjoyable 12 night stay at Pictures Suites. On this occasion, we stayed in the Master Suite (immediately above the Presidential one - same layout but without the swimming pool!) which has panoramic views of both Agios Stefanos beach and the surrounding areas. No problems at all on the accommodation front - indeed it was good to see the majority of the other 6 suites occupied throughout our stay. Even so, there was no shortage of space at the lovely swimming pool at the front of the property which my wife made good use of. The most enjoyable part of our holiday, however, was seeing Michaelis, Nea and their team (some new faces including Costis & Mary) again. They are all delightful and couldn’t have been more welcoming - Nea even took Barbara and myself to one of the nearby Villages to have our respective hair cuts.. We are also all going out for a farewell Dinner this evening which is lovely way to conclude our visit. I purposely say latest visit as we shall certainly be back again next year and I would certainly have no hesitations in recommending others to try out the delights of Picture Suites for themselves. Rest assured, you won’t be disappointed!!

Reviewed By Aidana ZYou get what you pay for. The walking distance to the beach is 7-10 minutes. The apartments are ok, they could do a much better job on the cleaning, but otherwise fine. I personally think you can get better options, but we came with a package deal, so overall it was good

Comfortable and clean studio
Reviewed By benjybodyStayed in Number 2 - a very private ground floor studio. Kitchenette all usable if you wish and a private terrace in the garden. I slept very well. Lovely owners there every morning doing jobs. A warm welcome. Basic accommodation but just what I needed for a great price. AC and WiFi both excellent and next door to a beautiful swimming pool and bar for snacks and lunch. Recommended.

Travel 2/3 times a year I have never stayed anywhere that is as friendly as Thomas bay The staff really do go out there way to help you with anything you need Heather , Nikos , Irene Cathy Simon Cristof all are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble Will definitely return next year

The property is nested on a hill slope, overlooking the Sea, the Agios Stefanos beach and the small Diapontian islands (Othoni, Erikussa, Mathraki) on one side and the countless olive trees of the valley of Agios Stefanos all the way to Arillas on the other. The complex features extensive grounds with a large swimming pool and pool deck, a well maintained garden with BBQ and ample parking space.The Apartments are very functional and spacious and they all feature either a balcony or terrace with views to the Sea. The Studios have a direct view to the amazing pool deck and the vast valley. All units feature fully equipped kitchens (including cooking utensils) and dining area.Right next to the swimming pool and the children pool, there is a snack bar that operates from early in the morning offering varieties of breakfast, till late at night offering coffee, tea, drinks and snacks for the guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At Villa Voula, you really feel like you’re on top of the world!
Quiet, music-free pool and restaurant
Reviewed By LeeHarryTomAmyIf you want to sit quietly by the pool without the awful music most places blare out, this is the place for you. We didn't stay here - we stayed just across the road at Nikos & Katerina appartments, and this was our nearest pool and eatery. Lovely staff. Recommended.

Zona silenziosa ma ben collegata alle principali cittá se si é automuniti. - stanze vecchie e molto, molto sporche. In cucina non viene fornita neanche una spugnetta per lavare i piatti, o delle padelle , presente solo uno scolapasta, una pentola e qualche piatto. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi al quarto giorno il cambio delle lenzuola e delle asciugamani e quando l'immondizia era piena l'abbiamo dovuta portare fuori personalmente. Presenza di molti insetti, ragni, api e vespe. In definitiva, non ci torneremo.
