I surfed in Algarve region for 3 months, and this shop was definetely the best of them all. Carlos is super friendly and knowledgeable, he helped me with everything, from choosing equipment to telling me when is the best time to go out surfing. I would recommend this surf shop to anyone who wants to rent or buy anything surf or sup releted.

First time here and we were pleasantly surprised by everything, the beach which is huge and clean, the atmosphere which is relaxed, and we enjoyed our 4 days there, the only point would be the climb, 96 steps, up to the road level, Albufeira have sorted it out with an escalator why not here ? apart from that the top level goes from quiet to busy areas there is plenty to see and do for most tastes, the beach level boardwalk is a must as are is the cliff views, we stayed at the Marina and again what a lovely place scenic and always something happening, so we would return without a doubt and there are plenty of end of season deals with accommodation.

Found this little cocktail bar by chance, superb cocktails, highly recommend by both myself and the wife, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable interior seating, two cocktails for €7 you just can’t complain

Great end to our evening last night. Busy strip of bars, with The music from Ireland’s eye really grabbing our attention. We really struck lucky getting a table just as somebody left. Excellent atmosphere, but still respecting COVID precautions. Will be back again tonight.

We had a week in portimao while walking around the Main Street we came across the bar on the rocks we sat at a table and was instantly greeted by marina a lovely Irish lady she made us feel so welcome she was amazing and her pub was amazing to a proper Irish bar we returned evertime we went out walking (which was nearly every evening)????????
