Lovely and lively, at least on a summer Saturday. Great shops, good food, friendly service. Adorable wooden quarters and cobblestone streets.

Great place to just chill out at the beach or do different activities (fat bike, kite surfing etc). Nature trail south of the beach offers nice day hike with possibility to bird watching.

Great chance to have a proper look on historic articles related to sea and well put together commentary with lots of cool stuff for kids like a boat simulator. Worth having a Look! Changed my mind about museums being boring.

Pori Art Museum has been famous for its modern and contemporary art exhibitions for over three decades. The basic collection belonging to the Maire Gullichsen Art Foundation contains mainly Finnish art from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. The museum shows only temporary exhibitions focusing on the new phenomena of the visual arts.
