Άνετα δωμάτια, με συσκευές μαγειρέματος, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, κουζινικά, πιστολάκι, μικρό μπαλκονάκι και όχι καλό wifi (ή τουλάχιστον όχι καλό στο δικό μας δωμάτιο). Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική σε ότι της της ζητήσαμε. Καθαριότητα σε καθημερινή βάση, αλλαγή σεντονιών στις 3 μέρες. Εξαιρετική επιλογή για όσους δεν έχουν αυτοκίνητο ή για όσους δεν θέλουν να τον κινούν στην πόλη , καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην παραλία Ρηχά νερά και φυσικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, στους δύο Γυαλούς, στο κάστρο, μουσείο κλπ. Καλή η τιμή του για Αύγουστο. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!!

Lovely place to stay- would recommend!
Reviewed By Georgie TA friend and I booked last minute to stay here. The owner, Angela was wonderful. She came and picked us up from where we were in town and made up two single beds for us. Nothing was too much hassle and she provided us with maps and information on the surroundings. The place itself is very clean and well looked after. The rooms were looked after and checked daily and it was only a short walk from the local beach. Overall a wonderful stay with super friendly service.

The comfortable, fully restored and redecorated rooms include: a kitchen with all necessary equipment, refrigerator,TV LED, internet, air conditioning, telephone and parking. You can enjoy the spacious and romantic balconies, having breakfast in the morning or reading a book during the sunset.The friedly atmosphere,the cozy rooms, whic h are cleaned every day and the very obliging personnel will make your vacations unforgettable. There are plenty of sports facilities and other entertainment options: water skiing, kite surfing, wind surfing, day excursions with a sailing yacht to the beautiful beaches of Lemnos, organized sight-seeing tours by coach and visits to the island antiquities. In the evening, you could reach the small harbor of Myrina, walking, for about ten minutes,on the road along the seaside.
Excellent location and friendly staff

The hotel is located on a quiet street five minutes from the sandy beach (at the excellent Manos Bach bar) and a ten minute walk into the pedestrianised main street. The rooms are spacious with a big balcony, good air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. Christina at reception was exceptionally welcoming and charming, and easily arranged car hire, taxis and restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Not the best choice in Lemnos
Reviewed By Leonidastra86We made the mistake to book last minute in a busy period for Greece so we were happy to find anything at all. At first the plan was to stay a night, a little later there was availability for more days but with room changing. I will stick to the facts, my personal experience is not so important. The rooms are nicely decorated but very very small. In the bad there isn't event a place to stand. You walk only one direction and just one person. The staff is friendly. The direction however obviously stressed. That produces a lot of chaos during the day, not only with people checking in and out but also with the things the staff has to do. The wall isolation is really bad. You can hear everything from every room, no matter where you are. We were unfortunate to be next to family with children who cried and complained 24/7. We didn't try the breakfast so I have no opinion about it. The most important fact is that there is no air condition. They rely on warming pumps which in the hottest summer days fail to perform at all. We were unfortunate again to be in a room where the pump wasn't working at all so we had to sleep with about 30°C. As many others already said, the location is very good. Centrally but not loud. However if you have a car you will find it difficult to find a place to park, especially in the afternoon which is almost impossible. Clean was the first room, on the bed of the second room was sand and lots of it. The internet was a disaster in the first room, acceptable at the second. For all these reasons I think that is not value for money or worth visiting. We were happy to leave after 3 nights.

Excellent setup and amazing owners
Reviewed By fbgusThe setup of this hotel is just amazing: literally next to the water and surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and a playground for kids. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast options were great for a 3* hotel and the hospitality of the owners was amazing (we forgot the stroller for our 1year old and the owners went above and beyond to find one for us during our stay!).

far from ideal - would not return
Reviewed By mariaelemeThe rooms have nice view, are very clean (special thanks to the lady in charge of housekeeping) and of a reasonable size for a family of 3 or 4. However they are unreasonably expensive for the range and quality of the facilities offered. On the day of our arrival there was none of the standard amenities which are usual for this kind of accomodation: no hot plates, no cofee maker, no dishwashing soap or sponge, no electric kettle, no cookware. They would bring you if you asked, but it was not made clear that they would provide on demand. Our friends who did not ask promptly had to make do with just a small cofee kettle. I have to mention the wardrobe: it was just a box which did not serve any purpose as it had no shelves and only a few hangers. Although we got the "large"-expensive room (see below) its equipment/furniture was below standard: nothing to put your toiletries on above the lavatory or in the shower, no reading lamps for the bed, no any hooks anywhere to hang clothes, we finally asked for some spare chairs to put the luggage on etc. We never understood whether breakfast was included or not in the price. The landlord never mentioned this possibility, although we overheard some day that they were supposed to prepare breakfast for some other visitors. While we made our reservations quite early, after lodging the deposit the landlord advised that her son had already given one of our rooms to another guest and she could not offer the number of 4-bed rooms we had agreed, so she offered to replace with another (larger-more expensive) room but she charged us for the higher price of this room. Although it was their mistake, we had to pay for it. The place is far from the beach so you have to use a car for anything (you need a car anyway in Lemnos). It is is built in levels on a hill - hence the great view of all the rooms. Personally I found the stairs too steep and tiring, you had to go up/down several times a day and even carry your luggage upstairs/downstairs. There was free wi-fi but I don't think you could rely on it (no complain about this, this is standard in Greece for touristic accomodations).
