Golf excellent, hotel poor
Reviewed By IngieWe stayed on a four night golf break. The courses were in beautiful condition and were quite quiet. The hotel was poor. We had been put in a modern annexe five minutes walk from the main building. The rooms were adequate but no more than that. Breakfast was very poor Tables were not cleared of dishes , & there were few staff around. The corridor had the same trolley with dirty plates on it the whole time we were there. The spa was closed all day on Mondays- we had not been informed in advance. I would definitely go back to play golf but would stay somewhere else.

Our facility is perfect for relaxation in the Finnish or steam sauna with a salty jet. Also very comfortable is just relax in the whirlpool or take several different types of massage beginning with sport massage, over the aromatherapy to the classical massage. Based upon an order are also available cosmetic services. For holding corporate events or just friends meetings comes in handy Brunswick six-lane bowling alley or Grosso restaurant with delicious cuisine, home-made pastries and spacious outside patio.

Reviewed By ziya dIt is a very nice hotel. Especially their stuff is very helpful and kind. And the restaurant. I think it is the best place to eat in Benesov. I would stay in this hotel again if I were in Beneshov in future.

Welcoming baroque chateau owned by the descendants of an old Czech nobility, the Sternberg family. Guided tours, park and gardens with mini-zoo (kangaroos, lamas, etc), delicious cuisine, cosy cafe with home made desserts.
A fabulous place to visit
Reviewed By denischurchSaw here as part of an APT tour. A beautiful property. They also put on a falconry display. Quite amazing. Wandering through there were so many things to see. Eating at their restaurant was also excellent.

Can not be better for the price
Reviewed By liorh819I've booked 7 rooms in this hotel for my family, they came to visit me for my wedding. So how to start... It was perfect for them! Hotel has been renovated not long time ago, so all the rooms in very good condition, clean and comfortable.. Rooms are quiet big. The girls in the reception are amazingly nice and friendly, the lady in the dining room in the breakfast was amazing, always ask if they needed more things. Coffee and tea are available all day long for free. Hotel located on the main street of benesov, just few steps from everything (train station, restaurants, shops.. Really all what they needed was outside) All the guests where totally happy. Breakfast was very good for European standards... Only two things i can say as not so good, the first is that there's no air conditioning and the second is the lady which clean up the rooms didn't do her job.

Lunch on a terrace
Reviewed By mariot29Visited the hotel at 1725 on Sunday 13.09.15 afternoon after a long country walk (the area is absolutely beautiful), partially exhausted and in need of a good food. Menu offers great selection, so we were tempted to try. The waiter wasn't very impressed with us sitting down, our question "are you serving food" was answered with "the chef is going at 6 o'clock." Well, that wasn't my question exactly, but hey ho. We ordered quickly as didn't want to hold anyone back. Food came quick and was average/good quality, but not overpriced. The west facing terrace offers great view of the castle on the hill opposite the hotel, so all was forgotten, until the food came with no cutlery. Well, I guess it was busy with other 2 table actually being there at the time. This is an amazing location and a great place to stop, my only suggestion would be for the staff to under a customer focused training, as it is always the staff who brings customers back.

Всегда имейте с собой наличность - местные кроны. Далеко не все гостиницы и кафе принимают евро и кредитные карты (особенно в маленьких деревнях). 2. Во многих банкоматах есть комиссия за снятие наличных (причем даже в сети одного и того же банка). Поэтому поменять кроны лучше в РФ и привезти с собой. 3. Обращайте внимание на часы заселения/выселения в гостиницах. Многие работают до 17час на заселение и до 10час на выселение из номера. Время заселения (особенно, если поздно - после 19час) всегда указывайте в дополнительных комментариях при бронировании. 4. При бронировании всегда указывайте именно тот номер телефона, который будете использовать в Чехии. Из гостиниц зачастую звонят уточнить время заезда. 5. Скачивайте карты офф-лайн на смартфон заранее. Особенно актуально для путешествующих на авто, т.к. связь 3G/4G есть далеко не везде. 6. Кафе/закусочные в деревнях и маленьких городках, если нет посетителей, могут закрываться раньше на 2-3 часа. Если поздно заселяетесь в гостиницы, то всегда берите с собой снеки и воду - иначе есть шанс остаться без ужина.
