If you love Yoga and you are in Patong, I suggest you attend Yoga classes at Anantra Yoga Patong. there are classes from beginners up. they are classes made up of small groups so you are followed and instructed by a fantastic and trained teacher. the environment is beautiful. it's a very positive environment. I attended 2 yoga classes and for me it was a beautiful experience. The have also lovely spa where they do very professional massage. I will go again . Thank you Anantra Yoga Patong!!
