We took the tour on a cloudy day since it was a bit cold for the beach, and it was a great choice. The driver didn't speak much English but we manage to communicate. The Rio Formosa is absolutely stunning. We recommend

Paulo was a well-informed, patient and helpful guide who knows everyone in Tavira and brought the ancient history of Tavira alive for us in his very quiet electric tuk tuk. The tour gave us an excellent overview of the city's history and development; we went places we never would have found on our own and Paulo very graciously spoke both in Portuguese and English for my Brazilian friend and me. A lovely way to spend a few hours in a charming city.

A visit to Blossom is a must for any visitor to Tavira. Ron has captured some fantastic views from across the Algarve, and is always happy to have a chat and eager to share his knowledge. We recently purchased one of Ron's landscape shots, printed on ChromaLuxe (high-gloss on aluminium) and couldn't be happier. Great to have a piece of the Algarve in our home! We couldn't recommend Blossom highly enough.
