Condor Ferries

Condor Ferries operates a year-round service connecting the UK, Guernsey, Jersey and the port of St Malo in France. Each year we carry over 1 million passengers and 200,000 passenger vehicles on our services.

Reviewed By 146RichardW - Poole, United Kingdom

Living in Poole getting the Condor ferry was ideal. As a walk on passenger we were quickly checked in and our bags taken away to be loaded much the same as an airplane, I had the idea we would be dragging our cases round with us on the boat. Boarding was easy and we were directed to our booked seats. Covid restrictions meant we had plenty of room as seats were blocked off either side of us. Duty free was open as were the cafes. It was a lovely smooth crossing and the time flew by.

Liberation Station

Reviewed By AnneDickie - Wimborne Minster, United Kingdom

Bus stations usually have a dubious reputation and not a place you'd wish to linger, but we found Liberation Station to be clean, busy and full of people like ourselves who simply wished to climb aboard the next available bus. Bus information and timetables were easy to understand and the buses were punctual on the occasions we used them. The station was also a short walk from our base at the Royal Yacht Hotel.
