Reviewed By Paul HGood location , nice clean large room. The staff were so helpful with any requests and would be a credit to any hotel . Breakfast was included in my deal and it was marvelous the cook even brought us some eggs direct from the kitchen all in all a throughly good stay.

Reviewed By 송블리수원에서 가장높은 모텔입니다 요즘 수원역지역에 워낙 리모델링 모텔들이 많으나 뮤모텔은 리모델링이 되어 있지 않습니다 하지만 예전 부터 수원역에서 가장 좋은 모텔로 소문이 나서 기본은 해주는 모텔입니다. 침구류나 청소상태가 훌륭하며 위치또한 먹자골목과 가까워 좋습니다.

A good experience at the Utopia!
Reviewed By CDN-RS-TravellerOur family gathered in Suwon to celebrate Christmas this year. Our son is teaching in Suwon and has an apartment near the Utopia. In the end it was the convenient location which made the Utopia desirable for us. We arrived on Dec 23rd and checked in. My son knew that it was a "Love Motel" and was quite concerned that my wife would be put off by this and so he went over with me to check-in. It was pretty funny because he was truly worried and he had good reason to be concerned. From the outside the Utopia looks very modern, finished primarily in black with neon coloured signs. So from the main street it looks attractive. Once you turn down the side street to gain entry through the parking garage, it becomes pretty obvious that we were in the club district, equipped with all the flashing lights. Once inside, the front entry was decorated for Christmas and everything looked nice. Reasonably clean, decently decorated. The gentleman who was on the desk was very pleasant. He took out his hand written reservations book and confirmed our dates in Hangal, translated by my son. He offered us three different rooms with rates beginning at $50 CDN per night. I decided on the deluxe spa room for $60 CDN. We went up to the room on the third floor, the elevators were small, but quick. The halls could have used a little more lighting but were sufficient. The carpets were worn and lightly soiled but acceptable. The room had an interior and exterior door to reduce noise, convenient. The spa room was quite large, had a king size bed and a single. There was a 40" flat screen TV, two computers, but we could not get them to work to access the internet. There was supposed to be wifi, but we could not get it to work either. This was not particularly important to us so we did not make the effort to have the front desk resolve the problem. The room also has two desks, an odd configuration but it functioned well enough. Everything in the bedroom was clean. The room was fine in most respects, the window was very small, things looked a little worn and dated and the lighting and heat took a little to understand as it was controlled through the TV remote. The bathroom was huge and offered a jacuzzi tub and a shower with steam bath. The bathroom was also clean. My wife was a little put off for the first night or two, but she loved the radiant heat in the floors, the shower and the steam bath was really nice and the room was large and spacious. The gentlemen on the front desk were all very nice, the room was thoroughly cleaned and restocked with water, coffee and tea daily. So these attributes along with the proximity to our sons apartment made the Utopia a good choice for us. Note: the area around the Motel has a great selection of restaurants and a wonderful bake shop just around the corner. A nice bonus!
