Reviewed By Lisa LI didn’t even make it to stay there. I was trying to inform the receptionist that my card had changed for payment. I was spoken to by a very rude man who just kept saying if you have no money in your account it’s your problem I am not your bank. I tried to explain that I had funds but needed to change card details. He just kept shouting that I should ring my bank if I have no money. I have never been spoken to I such a rude manner and in the end cancelled the booking. I would never stay at such a rude and disrespectful place. I wasn’t listened to just spoken over. Will never get my custom. I only gave it 1 as not the option to give zero

Pleasant, friendly and helpful receptionist who kindly listed local places to eat (several within walking distance) Hotel provides free wifi (with good and stable connection). More than happy to recommend for business stays.

Reviewed By reenatamuThe place was nice and room were enough for 18 of us with 3 babies. Room were sufficient. And within km walk down the hill you can go for beach walk . You can enjoy food along near local pub or buy groceries near tesco and cook in big kitchen where they got all utensil. We had a BBQ with lovely sunset view. Visit japanese garden near to it. Good break for all of us. Will definitely go back if happen to.

Reviewed By jackier417Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Despite being very convenient for a major road. The rooms are very quiet. There is ample parking, very good Wi Fi, and a cosy bar, with good choice and very reasonable prices. The breakfast has always been excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the area of Stonehenge, and Salisbury plain, as well as Salisbury itself and numerous gorgeous villages in the area. Days out to the Jurassic Coast and the New Forest are easy trips. Would strongly recommend. I have been staying here for several years twice a year and always very happy. Prices are always very good .
