The Pension Nikolas is a family run business in the town center of Skiathos, only 2 minutes walking distance from the port. Each room can host 2 or 3 people.Each room is equipped with bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, fridge and television. There is a courtyard where you can meet your friends and enjoy their company.The location of Pension Nikolas is the ideal starting point for getting to know the traditional town of Skiathos, close to the new harbor, the old harbor and the main street, Papadiamantis Street. For the nearby beach of Megali Ammos you can walk about 10 minutes, up Papadiamantis Street.

Reviewed By Kjell NWe needed an overnight stay in Skiathos and we booked two rooms at Pension Nikolas. The rooms were Nice and clean, and the man that met us was very helpful. The location is perfect if you are waiting for a ferry.

Reviewed By pascal3677Wondeful stay. The rooms are renovated, comfortable for two persons with nice design. The location very centrally. The owner really friendly and helpfull. Very important the free parking area and free internet.

Avoid at all cost
Reviewed By Angelos DWe booked the room through a travel agency called Grecos Travel and stayed there for 5 nights. First of all, even though we asked for a double bed (because we are a couple) and the travel agency said they had booked a with a double bed, we got two sigle beds side by side. When we confronted the receptionist for the bed he said that the maids didn't had time to make it look like a double bed(what kind of management is this??). The service was really bad. We had to carry our luggage 3 floors by ourselves. There was no elevato. The room was small with thin walls so we could hear everything that was happening in other rooms(we were lucky though and our neighbors weren't noisy at night). It wasn't very clean (which is very important nowadays especially because of the covid). The shower didn't have a curtain so when you took a shower the water was all over the place. The room didn't have a phone, the sheets were never changed and the room curtains were dirty and unhinged on one side. Lastly one day we had asked them to clean our room and when we came back it smelled bad, like they had used the same water to mop the entire hotel. The only reason we stayed there for our entire vacation was the location, 5' from town center. All an all bad accommodation. Wouldn't recommend!!!

Reviewed By DelUK9We stayed in the Pension Argos this month, the rooms are lovely, basic and clean with a very caring lady who really cares how you are. Our room had a excellent view of the sea, boats & the Island which is beautiful. The fifth star is not there due to the extremely loud music that continues until 4-5am in the morning you need earplugs. If you are a music lover and stay out late into the morning, then this is the place to stay.

Pleasant, quiet accommodation in the center of Skiathos Town.
Reviewed By surya77We stayed at Fotinos House in July 2016 for 1 night. Due to a problem with our car , we had to stay 1 night more in Skiathos and the place where we had stayed was full, so the owner offered us a room at Fotinos House as alternative accommodation for the extra night.We were very happily surprised. Although in the center of town, it is very quiet and the balcony looks over trees and greenery. The entrance to the building is through a gate, past the garden and up the 2nd floor where ,I think, there are 2 -3 rooms for rent. The family lives below. Mrs Efi has the most smiling eyes, such a wonderful way to be welcomed into someone's home! The room offers very good value for money. Fotinos House is a good option if you want to stay in a quiet, clean room in the center of Skiathos Town.
