The B&B Au Coin du Village is situated in a small village in the heart of the Italian mountain. It’s a perfect place to relax in harmony with the nature and it offers an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. The location is strategically located to practice trekking or skiing, and visit cultural attractions like castles and roman ruins. The B&B is composed by 3 bedrooms with private balcony, private bathroom and a cozy lounge, accessible by two of the rooms. Each room is provide of sheets, towels and hairdryer. Breakfast, salt and sweet according to the request, is composed of local and bio products. There is also a private parking, free wifi, the possibility to put sport equipments in the garage, a garden and upon request the possibility to use the barbecue.
We felt right at home
Reviewed By B RWe stayed at this B&B for 4 nights in February 2020 and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed in the "Fraise" room upstairs, which is large enough for the three of us and has access to the common area with dining table, couch and TV. The place is spotless (we came home with wet boots on a couple of occasions and felt so bad dirtying the stairs), the rooms are cosy and warm and the breakfast table is spectacular, with a wide choice of local charcuterie and cheeses, homemade pies and jams, walnut bread, cereals, yogurt and Italian coffee. We couldn't ask for more. The view from the B&B is spectacular, you get a 180° view of the valley. During winter, we were a bit concerned about access on snowy mountain roads but there was no problem: in fact, a neighbor has a tractor with snow plow so even the small access road to the B&B is regularly cleared. We will make plans to come back in the spring to enjoy a different landscape and activities.

Nice hotel in mountain village near to Aosta
Reviewed By AldeCooleWe stayed for one night in this hotel on our way from Holland to the Alpes Maritimes. During our trip we called to announce a late arrival. When we finally arrived the restaurant was empty, but the kitchen staff had waited for us to arrive and served us simple but very good quality Italian food. What a service! The rooms were ok, as was breakfast. Nothing special but good quality, reasonable price and a nice location, uphill from the Aosta valley. Worthwile the little detour!.

Reviewed By CrifaDXBWe had a top floor apartment with amazing views over St Nicolas and Aosta valley. The apartment was warm, big and very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was so polite and friendly. They also have a store right next to the villa, in case you need a snack or a drink. Walking through the village is so refreshing. There are few view points where you can admire the beauty of Aosta valley and the surrounding mountains. There is a restaurant nearby with amazing Italian dishes. The pizza size was huge!

Appartamento trilocale pulito e spazioso con vista stupenda sul Gran Paradiso e sulla valle. Locale ricreazione per i bambini con calcetto e ping pong. Bello anche lo spazio verde esterno con i giochi per i più piccoli. La signora Laura molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Reviewed By lauramtorinoWe went there with a smart box we received just before Covid and we wanted to use before it expired. We chose it before not far from our city and in a beautiful area with plenty of hiking opportunities. The hotel is in a nice little village in the mountains with stunning views. Our room had no special view but it was large, clean and comfortable. The only defect was the bed lamp that was too far from the bed and therefore didn’t make light and I couldn’t switch it off without getting up. The bathroom was clean, with shower, hot water, toiletries and hair dryer. Wi-Fi in the room worked moderately well. The owner was kind and efficient. I can’t share the opinion of others who found him rude and unpleasant. Our smart box included the rental of e-bikes and he organized well so that we had a great time in the mountains around. Breakfast is good: ham, croissant, tart, yogurt, some cereals and a choice of beverages, quite sufficient.
