Worst customer service ever
Reviewed By luc_az856I was there for my sister's wedding and what would otherwise have been a perfect weekend of celebrations was to a great extent ruined by the rudeness and total lack of professionalism of some the personnel, particularly the general manager who is also the owner of the hotel. She made rude comments during lunch which really upset my sister and her guests; her customer service skills are non existent and she got all bills wrong and then blamed customers for her errors. She treated customers as ifshe was doing them a favour when customers pay a considerable amount to be there. I definitely can say I had never experienced such a terrible customer service in my life to the date I was in this place. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Wonderful base to explore Monferrato
Reviewed By Tom909I stayed for a week of cycling in the surrounding UNESCO World Heritage area, renting a bike from nearby Monferrato.bike. I loved everything about the hotel: warm and friendly hospitality, spacious comfortable room, excellent location, and delicious breakfast. It was one of my best holidays ever, and the town of Moncalvo has all the amenities.

It is run with a passion for three generations. It offers quiet rooms tastefully furnished, with an enchanting view over the hills and an excellent restaurant.

Reviewed By HelenG724Loved this charming hotel. Matteo is so proud of his family's hotel in the beautiful Piemonte countryside and he is eager to invite you to enjoy it. The accommodation is top quality and the dining room is superb with excellent meals and dining staff on hand with helpful suggestions. The grounds are beautifully maintained with views over vineyards and hazelnut orchards nearby. Try the homemade hazelnut spread at breakfast! We felt so welcome in this lovely part of the world.
