Reviewed By nickj218Stayed at bensmoor suite no3 for our 3 day package Laura our wedding planner was great the care and attention we received was second to none she and all the staff at smiths and at the shopping centre were all great we even were asked to be witnesses which was a great experience after having our wedding cancelled 3 times because of COVID-19 we decided to just go and do it best decision ever many thanks Nick and Sandra xx

Reviewed By cottagegatePerfect pet friendly stopover for us. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean but as a stopover it’s all we need. Plenty of outlets around for food. We have stayed before and will stay again.

Alongside this, we also offer our newly renovated apartment which provides your own kitchen, lounge and conservatory leading to landscaped gardens.Included within your stay, we also provide our guests with a diverse breakfast menu and can cater for many dietary requirements. Secure off road parking is available and we can do our very best in accommodating for any requests during your stay that you may have.

Reviewed By Soo1993Booked the Cottage direct online for promise ceremony at Gretna next April. Did not receive the courtesy of any acknowledgement so rang and got Brenda who, from reading other reviews about how lovely she is, is obviously a very good actress. Brenda was not very friendly at all and curtly told me they were closed down and no bookings could be taken for next year ( despite all the rooms they have showing as booked) I fully understand the difficulties of the current covid situation, but all I needed was an email advising they weren't taking bookings rather than be ignored and left in limbo. Even better get something on website saying bookings not being taken. Brenda needs to realise customer service is more than the fake lump in the throat or crocodile tear when guests head off to the service.
