Great find !

Spent four nights here. Fab accommodation, fab breakfasts and fab people. Tucked away in a beautiful garden setting, a very lucky find. A very friendly homely atmosphere too. Situated on a small holding, but not bothered by any noise. So peaceful.

Glen Cottage

Best B&B in Chudleigh

Reviewed By LornaJ360

We stayed for three nights in one of the most welcoming places I have ever stayed at. Jill is a lovely lady who works so hard, she makes all her guests so welcome. It’s not posh, it’s not swanky, but it’s in a beautiful setting with real history and character. Our room was en-suite with a choice of beds all really comfy. Breakfast was lovely all locally sourced cooked to order, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt , large pots of tea and fresh juice. Thank you Jill for a lovely stay.

The Old House

Lovely quirky old 17th century house

What a lovely old house and what a pleasure it was to stay here. The owner was so nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Located in the centre of the village everything, including its 5 pubs was in easy walking distance. For anyone staying here the Phoenix pub, just down the street, serves very good food.

This was the best quality rented accommodation I have stayed in . It was spotlessly clean . The accommodation was well equipped and everything worked at it should . The views are wonderful, and the location extremely peaceful . Plenty to do in the area and is well situated either for walking Dartmoor or visiting the the small towns and villages.

The Best Guesthouse ever

Reviewed By David p

Went to see my sister in Chudleigh Devon, stayed at The Pheasant 69 Old Exerter ST in Chudleigh, the best place I have stayed at ever. Anne the owner endures that you are comfortable, the room I had was spacious and had a single and a double bed, the bathroom down the hall had a bath and a shower and toilet very clean and tidy. The actual bedroom was spotless , had a tv and a Washburn and mirrors , the bed was so comfy and I had a good sleep. Anne made me breakfast which was brilliant 2 sausage, 2 bacon , 2 tomatoes, black pudding , button mushrooms, egg toast , butter and tea or coffee, served very quickly. As I was leaving early on Wednesday morning Anne made up some sandwiches, a cake , biscuits, a banana, and a Tangerine, how nice was that. Cannot praise this Lady enough as she runs a splendid Guesthouse and makes you stay so good, all I can say if your going to Chudleigh in Devon stay here it's well worth it and I only paid £70 for 2 night absolutely brilliant.
