The venue was very clean and Sankar adhered to Covid19 regulations (mask and disinfecting area beforehand). He educated me on the history/origin of Ayurvedic Massage. Great attention paid to tense areas of my body (back, neck and shoulders). The only thing is that although there was calming music playing it was fairly quiet and Sankar was initiating conversation where I would've preferred to just listen to the music. Nevertheless the massage was excellent and I left feeling on top of the world!
