The Sound Lounge is an award-winning music venue, vegan restaurant and café in South West London. It is a cosy, comfortable space with quirky, mix-match furniture. It is an arts centre with a gallery wall and a community kitchen. The menu offers a range of home-made, plant-based dishes ranging from pizzas, vegan burgers, ciabattas, salads and daily specials. We also offer a range of cakes and baked goods including sausage rolls. Our menu is seasonal because we work in sync with the planet. Everything is home-baked/home-made. Our wines, teas and oat milk are all carbon neutral. We are 100% renewable powered, all of our packaging is compostable and none of our waste goes to landfill. We aim to be the very first grassroots music venue to achieve carbon neutral accreditation. We are a high-street theatre and believe that culture is as human as it gets. For that reason it should include everyone and we work hard to make sure it does! We offer training & workshops for local people.

I must say I was very surprised how amazing this place is. I am not a vegan or anything and the food was amazing. We had a pizza, which was delicious and the burger which was just as delicious. The staff are very friendly and covid rules were being stuck to. Luckily, the sun was shining and was there until about 6pm when it went behind the building, so I highly recommend for drinks on sunny days. Looking forward to The Sound Lounge fully opening and going back there soon. Forgot to take pictures as we dived in straight away when the food came. Honestly, I didn't think I would enjoy the plant based food as I am a massive meat eater, but I can say this place does plant based food brilliantly. Well done Sound Lounge. ????

I often go to the Sutton Arms for a quiet drink with friends or to the Wednesday night quiz. We always get great service, good food and drink and Jas the quizmistress does a great job on hosting the quiz - always full of fun and energy! Since reopening after the coronavirus lockdown, they have made many changes for the safety of the customers - social distancing, table service, compulsory mask wearing for staff and customers (when not seated), screened off tables, recording tracking information, handwash available etc. I'd highly recommend this pub / restaurant to anyone visiting Sutton. Spontaneous lunch with friends in the sun, very friendly, helpful, polite ladies behind the bar, Menu many choices, need to go back and sample some more ! Bit sad no pink gin but hey Ho! Will definitely return
