Bernkastel-Kues (German pronunciation: [ˌbɛɐ̯nkastəlˈkuːs]) is a well-known winegrowing centre on the Middle Moselle in the Bernkastel-Wittlich district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Worth the visit and/or detour, nicely decorated museum that throws you back in time for decades! Even a few shops like electronics and cameras are a nice memory.

Wine cave experience that allows you to better understand a Trocken from a Spatlese. Wonderful hosts that provide you with an education about the Moselle region wineries. Sure that all these wineries appreciate the opportunity to have their wines. Great price points (5 to 25 Euros per bottle) and ample portions - you pour! Be prudent though, or you may forget all that you learned!
