Reviewed By kemagnataI booked my vacation in Ko Samui from Jecko and when I arrived I realized that I could not choose better. Unique reception. The owner is a true Italian gentleman. The hotel and the rooms are new, totally soundproofed by outside noise, quality furnishings, really comfortable beds! Excellent value for money, located near the Fisherman village where there are many local and in the evening there is no lack of shows on the beach. Suitable for young people who like motorbike trips that can be rented directly from the owner at a good price. Given the cleanliness and attention to detail, the living room becomes comfortable even for families. I'll be back

Reviewed By joeripoeriNormally I use tripadvisor to read comments but I was so disappointed of this accomodation that I decided to this time write a comment. Where to start? At first look, rooms seemed OK, you have also a small pool with a sort of jacuzzi in the pool. - Let's start with the "Jacuzzi", Everytime you want to use it you need to go untill the owners (so you need to do allll the stairs up and again down) because only them can activate it. So if they are not here ( which is often the case) you will not be able to use it. - Room was not really clean and we found 2 dead gekko's next to the bed + toilet was really not clean. - If you think this is an hotel then you are wrong! owners live also in the villa so are very strict whith everything .For exemple she came to me,very mad and rude, while I was swimming telling me I left the airco on in my empty room! Ok I understand that aircon is expensive but still, I was still in the hotel and left the aircon on to have a "fresh room" when I go back in my room. anyway this type of situation you ll never get it in a normal hotel! I don't understand the postive comments here on tripadivsor, I chose this hotel basing myself on those comments and I was really disappointed I did. That's also why I decided to write this comment and hope I will able to help other viewers.

Samui Star Guesthouse is a new buildet accomodation in a nice quite area near Chaweng town. Most of the rooms are with private bathrooms. There is a swimmingpool and a relaxing area to play some pool billiard games ore having a drink. The place is clean friendly and beautiful, guests will not be dissapionted staying here. We offer: Laundry service, taxi service, massage, motorbike rentals.

Reviewed By TamarindIceCreamI spent 6 nights here in this wonderful little guesthouse. The owner is very accommodating, helpful and beautiful. The deluxe aircon rooms are clean and comfortable. I am not sure about the previous reviews claiming the place is riddled with bed bugs but my expirience has been nothing short of the oppisite. I have not even had a single mosquito bother me even though the place has a great little pool downstairs. The place is priced very reasonably and if you cannot afford an aircon room there is also very basic fan rooms available which are insulated by the 2nd floor. A very calm and relaxed atmosphere and if you require assistance and reception is closed you can always contact the lovely owner via her cellphone. Situated in the suburb just behind all the main entertainment of the Chaweng Beach and Chaweng Walking Street, Samui Star Guesthouse boasts beautiful views of the tropical hillside and local area. Chaweng Beach and walking street is only 2.4km away and is an easy ride by motorbike or scooter which are also available to rent at great prices! Samui Star guesthouse is a great, quiet, relaxed place to stay if you like to party but stay and sleep in a quiet, safe and comfortable spot. I will definitely be staying again in the future and more than likely as a long stay option. Tesco Lotus shooping center and 7/11 are nearby. Spicy Thai cooking classes are over the road and great little Thai food restaurants are just at the end of the soi on the main drag. Vodka and Garfirld are also cool to hang out and chill with. Enjoy your stay and your sabai. :)

Reviewed By camara78空港から近くて乗り合いタクシーで１３０バーツでした。 セントラルショッピングセンターも散歩しながら歩いていける距離です。フードコートやセブンイレブンも近くにあります。通りから奥まっているので静かです。すぐ隣は農家のようで牛がつながれていたり、鶏が放し飼いになっていました。長期滞在の人が多いようで、ランドリーも受けてくれます。中庭が素敵で他の部屋の人とのコミュニケーションも楽しかったです。冷蔵庫も家庭用の大きなものがあります。レンジはありません。ティッシュやトイレットペーバーは持ち込みました。管理人さんもとても親切でした。ビーチは少し遠いので原付をレンタルしました。

Reviewed By lilligyarmatiAufgrund ganz ordentlicher Bewertungen auf anderen Plattformen suchte ich mir das Guesthouse für meinen Aufenthalt auf Ko Samui aus. Meine Erwartungen waren aufgrund des Preises nicht hoch, wurden aber nochmal unterboten als ich dort ankam. Es war sehr dreckig, das Leintuch hatte Löcher und insgesamt war es absolut kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen (leider habe ich nur Bilder vom Bad gemacht) Ich habe dann umgebucht. 2 Sterne weil das Personal wirklich freundlich ist, weshalb es mir auch fast etwas leid tut, eine schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben. Für wen es egal ist, ob es sauber ist und nur einen günstigen Ort zum schlafen sucht könnte es vielleicht etwas sein.
