The receptionist was ill informed about COVID 19 restrictions and accordingly refused to rent us a room. She also mentioned that all they had was a double bed and thereby not suitable for two men. One of us had the Green Pass the other had a valid vaccination CDC card which by Italian law they are required to accept as a Green Pass equivalent. We have travelled all over Italy without any problems. We travelled an hour out of our way to this village and we’re flabbergasted and discouraged. The receptionist insisted, “questo documento non mi serva,” referring to the CDC vaccine card. We wonder if it was an excuse to discriminate against us as a gay couple but concluded that they were just ignorant of the Italian laws. The manner in which we’re treated was both inhospitable and uncharacteristic of the treatment we have become accustomed to. We found another hotel but wasted a lot of time to reach this location.

Reviewed By Ja_DalbyWe arrived late at night at La Casa delle Rondini, after missing a turn and getting lost. After calling the B&B they were very helpful in sending out a car to help us find the correct way. Arriving tired, after having travelled for almost 15 hours, they cooked us up a nice dinner which we enjoyed in the beautiful garden. Also the breakfast was prepared for us in the garden. There were a variety of very tasty treats, most of them home made. The ingredients were produced locally and you could really taste the difference! The host couple were extremely friendly, and my girlfriend and I enjoyed the conversations we had with them. English isn't their first language, but with a bit of knowledge about Italian, you will get really far. We were in town for a wedding, and we also squeezed in some time for sightseeing at a nearby city they recommended. In general, our stay was very pleasant and quiet,

A Truly Wonderful B&B
Reviewed By togozoCarlo & Donatella are wonderful hosts and both speak English very well. The accommodation is excellent. The room was very comfortable and the outdoor swimming pool was very welcome. We spent a very happy evening chatting with our hosts in English and learned much about the Marche. The location is isolated but easily found and the views from the property are spectacular.

Reviewed By Teodora TPRO: We’ve been here as a couple for our first holiday togheter. This place is absolutely fabolous. Is more beautiful than in Tuscany. The hosts are excellent, extremely welcoming and attentive. the food is prepared from local produce and is made with great attention to details. Olive oil and wine are their own products. I took a few boxes at home. the place is a very well-established family business with tradition. Another plus is that they make you feel at home. In the evening lighting candles and stood under the stars in stories, and in the morning breakfast has an impressive vineyard. The rooms are extremely spacious, made in Italian style, very clean. They also have a room for wine lovers. The main destinations are close to 10-15 minutes by car. You can visit many places from here. MINUS: as a minus, but it's not necessarily something bad for everyone, breakfast that could be improved. Most Italians only eat sweets at breakfast, but also cheeses or vegetables could be an option. Maybe it would be useful and a few more signs on the hidden roads leading to this place.

Beatrice la proprietaria ci ha accolto come se fossimo di famiglia siamo stati benissimo (però mettete un condizionatore in stanza che fa caldo). Abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante tufo e argilla adiacente alla struttura e abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef "Mimmo" una persona a dir poco straordinaria disponibile sempre che ha realizzato per noi 2 un pranzetto a base di pesce veramente particolare e unico. Grazie Mimmo hai reso la nostra permanenza ancor più piacevole. Vincenzo e Alessandra
