terrible service, roaches in the bathtub
Reviewed By zosias940I arrived at the hotel payed a room like the one advertised on IG the room they gave me at first had no privacy whatsoever. I was talking to a woman named Silvia which was somewhat rude she was taking her time while I waited soaking wet with the tropical heat with no room. they made me wait for 2 hours until finally I was able to talk to the sales rep who was understanding and nice. They changed my room I was able to enjoy from the pool for a while and when I went back to take a shower there where roaches in the tub, I went to the reception and again Silvia just offered some Raid, but not alarmed at all like if it was ok to have roaches in a tub. In the hotel rules it states that it’s not pet friendly so we didn’t take our dog, but when we arrived there was a dog they claimed wasn’t from the hotel ( I don’t mind dogs at all) in the hotel rules It also stated that you couldn’t bring food or drinks from outside next morning a large group arrived with 2 dogs and coolers with drinks and food... when I checked out they told me they where friends and family from the owner so they were allowed.... #1 It’s a shame that they have people like Silvia working in the hotel, cause the food at the restaurant is really good and the servers are super nice, the girl at reception is also very sweet. #2 they clearly don’t see clients as priority and That is really bugged me cause the hotel is actually really pretty but since we were treated like dirt even though we were paying. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here...

Beware, false advertising, don’t risk it
Reviewed By azadazadIt’s terrible, false advertising, don’t risk it. These people cannot be trusted, they didn’t give us what we booked and paid for, they make you pay everything upfront and try to force you into paying more to upgrade. They refused to refund us, and we weren’t prepared to be forced into staying there so we walked away, won’t be long until they go broke or get shut down.

Reviewed By Rubi MFue una grata experiencia encontrarme este hotel, de hecho no encontré hospedaje en ningún hotel en Casitas y me recomendaron este hotel. Desde que llamé por teléfono resolvieron todas mis dudas, el encargado se llama Christopher y desde el inició me atendió muy amablemente y me dio todas las facilidades para hospedarme con ellos. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero muy limpias, la alberca esta junto con el chapoteadearo y el agua esta climatizada para los pequeños. Fuimos en familia en total 11 personas y nos dieron habitaciones juntas para que fuera más fácil todo para nosotros. El hotel les fascino a mis hijos y sobrinos ya que la alberca la limpian todos los días, tiene una vista increíble desde las albercas vez el mar. Las personas que trabajan ahí se portaron amables y nos dieron todas las recomendaciones para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más placentera. Las recamaras tienen dos camas matrimoniales, televisión, aire acondicionado y clima. Los baños son sencillos pero limpios con agua caliente. El restaurante lo cierran temprano pero mi familiar necesitaba guardar su insulina en el refrigerador y nos apoyaron con esto. Obviamente con tan buena atención y servicio nos dieron ganas de regresar para próximos viajes. Te permiten comer dentro de las instalaciones ya que en el área de la alberca tienen mesas y hay botes de basura para que dejes limpio el lugar. En las habitaciones te ponen agua, toallas limpias y jabón. Las sábanas y almohadas están limpias y te hacer servicio de limpieza al cuarto y son honrados porque dejamos tablets y celulares cargando y no se perdió nada esto es un gran detalle en estos tiempos. El área del restaurante te lleva servicio al área de la alberca y la comida es rica. Nosotros desayunamos ahí y es económica la comida, Unos chilaquiles con huevo y frijoles en 40 pesos. Tiene un acceso rápido a la playa y todo esta muy limpio Hay hoteles en costa esmeralda de 4 estrellas en los que me he hospedado y no me han dado el servicio que me dio este que tiene 3 estrellas. Espero que en próximas visitas me sigan tratando igual. Lo que me percate es que es muy visitado por familias numerosas. El área del alberca esta lejana a los cuartos así que no escuchas ningún ruido. La alberca la abren a las 9:00 y la cierran a las 21:00. Pero te permiten quedarte en esa área por si quieres seguir disfrutando de la brisa marina aunque hay poca luz. Hay un área para que te acomodes y puedas comer y asar tu carne. Hay un oxxo muy cercano y gasolinería.

Reviewed By Patty RAl ser temporada alta nos cobraron 1300 por noche, considero que no estaba muy accesible, ya que la TV no se veía para nada es más ni los canales locales, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, tuve que prender hasta los ventiladores y aun asi padecí de calor, y pues la habitación un poco deteriorada. La alberca está de buen tamaño, lo que considero que hace falta es poner palapas/sombra en la zona de la alberca porque aunque hay camastros, amacas y sillas no hay manera de cubrirte ni un centimetro del sol. Además en la zona de playa solo tienen un par de palapas y siempre estaban llenas obviamente.
