Reviewed By ltoledomtzTuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel que a mi gusto es de lo más accesible que puedes encontrar cerca del centro de Tuxtepec, cuenta con habitaciones climatizadas, las instalaciones muy limpias, cuenta con wifi y sistema de cobro con tarjeta de crédito, tiene un estacionamiento amplio y muchas plantas dentro de un patio que conforma el hotel, sin dudarlo te lo puedo recomendar en tu próxima visita.

Great Option for Travelers
Reviewed By hurricanediversI agree with the review below, just rating it a bit better. We stayed one night on a motor bike trip. We were grateful for the secure parking (lots of space too). Rooms are nice and the restaurant was pretty good. Friendly service all around and very reasonable priced (hotel and restaurant). We'll overnight there again if we're in the neighborhood. Horrible experiencia
Reviewed By Jessica AAl entrar, te obligan a una supuesta sanitización que en realidad fue una ducha en un cubículo del hall donde acabamos empapados (y con los cubrebocas por tanto inservibles porque se mojaron). No fue una aspersión de sanitizante, fue una ducha. Luego, después de hacer el check in, preguntamos por el WiFi y ponen caras... Normal, nos dan un micropapel con la contraseña... Pero la red no coincide y nos explican que en cada área es diferente y esa es la de nuestro cuarto... Pero nunca pudimos conectarnos (y acabamos con 5 micropapeles, recepción, cuarto, alberca, comedor y otro que ni sé de dónde era pero como todos, simplemente no funcionaba). En estas que los dispensadores de agua estaban sin agua y tras preguntar a varias personas, nos enteramos de que solo uno escondido junto a la alberca tenía agua y el resto no tenían intención de rellenarlos. Y para rematar, entre tanto, tenían a un perro el cual estaban "entrenando" a base de violencia y obvio aprendió a ser violento y me mordió, por suerte no llegó a herirme porque al morder solo alcanzó a la ropa (hacía mal tiempo por lo que iba abrigada) y me la desgarró. Pero lo peor fue que me pidieron esperar al día siguiente a que llegase la encargada para asumir sobre la mordida y mi sorpresa fue que cuando al día siguiente la veo ella está enojada conmigo, niega que hubiese sido atacada (a pesar de llevar mi ropa destrozada), me dice a gritos que mi ropa ya estaba vieja como para reclamar nada, que tenía en video que no pasó nada. Se le pidió el vídeo y obvio se negó furiosamente alegando que solo alguien que no estaba podía buscarlo. Se le pidió que se relajara y se enfureció más. Se le pidió que llamase a la persona con acceso a las cámaras y se negó. Hasta acabamos sugiriendo que viniese la policía municipal para mediar pero de negó a ponerse en contacto con ellos. Nosotros solo esperábamos una disculpa y que se reconociese lo sucedido, le ofrecimos que solo con ello nos íbamos tranquilos y se negó. Todo un show. Al final prefirió pagarnos antes de decir "perdón por la mordida" que era todo lo que queríamos.
