Reviewed By GadmatWe were surprised of the rating that this place received. Indeed the room is big and the beds are comfortable. Also the owner is very nice. However he does not speak English at all. Also the walls are very thin. There was a baby crying most of the night upstairs and although we stayed downstairs we heard him all night long There is no wifi in the rooms and a very problematic one in the dinning room.

A wonderful trip to the Pollino National Park

The Agriturismo is located about 3 miles outside the village of Rotonda and is well signposted and easy to find. There is also plenty of car parking. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help, they spoke no English, so had to rely on my basic Italian but we managed to communicate reasonably well. The evening meals provided were excellent and very good value, using mainly local ingredients and including wine. I usually found myself over eating!! The room I stayed in was fairly spacious and very clean. TV in the room and wifi available. Thanks for contributing to a lovely holiday.

Reviewed By Roslynne KThis traditional,family run B@B is on the outskirts of Rotonda.After a rather harrowing drive,and finally locating the accomodation(look for signs"Cuore Verde"-with a big red heart),it was good to check in,cool off and relax in comfortable surroundings.The owners live above you,so it can be a bit noisy on the tiled floor. The communal lounge,had a well organised kitchen off it,complete with fridge.The bedroom was spacious with a desk,wardrobe,comfy bed and TV. The bathroom had a rather small shower cubicle,but lots of hot water.Good wifi and parking available also. Breakfast was your typical Italian pastries,cappuccinos, yoghurt and juice. We walked 400metres to the nearest pizzeria,Le Rose,for a hearty dinner of antipasto,beer and pizzas.All in all,a great stay.

A good hotel
Reviewed By LeeO529A good hotel in the center of the beautiful town of Rotonda. Location is excellent. Free parking available in car park about 300m away. Good breakfast. Only fault is that the room did not have air conditioning which is July is not ideal. A fan was provided which helped somewhat. The national park is absolutely beautiful to take a drive in. A car is convenient here.
