A decent hotel
Reviewed By Rev1211This is a good hotel. We had checked in to a standard AC room. The room was not spacious enough, but okay. Clean bathroom. No restaurant in this hotel. You can directly order from a restaurant or the reception will help you in placing the order. There area few more restaurants in the same street or you can cross over to the parallel road and find several eating joints. Courteous and helpful staffers. It is not much far from the airport, but a regular taxi would charge you INR 250. I booked an Uber Sedan it cost me only INR 110. If you do not have much luggage and if it is not raining, you can simply walk to the airport. My suggestions: Please provide more power outlets for laptop and other gadgets.

Dreadful manager and a dangerous place to stay
Reviewed By 54nbcI have just checked out of this hotel after being verbally abused and threatened by the manager as he only wanted me to pay cash and not credit card. He was a very threatening guy all because he wanted cash. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. I did pay a shop nearby by credit card as I wasnt not wanting to pay. He just wanted to march me to the atm and withdraw cash for him. Thankfully some shop holders came to my rescue and apologised for the manager's behaviour but I'm very shocked by the whole episode. Picture below if the manager threatening me while I'm in a taxi

Reviewed By bhagvati70The best thing about this hotel is that it's very near to Cochin airport. The rooms are good but there is no kitchen so they get from outside whatever you want for eat or drink. You can stay to get ready to start your journey.
