Comfortable stay in a newly refurbished family hotel
Reviewed By Judi WThis was a 2 day break in an attractive village during a walking trip through the Apennines. The hotel is only just refurbished and everyone on the staff worked hard to provide a very friendly and enjoyable stay. Food was excellent and plentiful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Corboli is an organic family-run farm, on a hill close to the village of San Quirico di Vernio (Prato province), among the chestnut trees and the typical fields of the Bisenzio valley. In our organic farm, we breed Cinta Senese PDO pigs, Quarter Horses and bees. We produce honey, extra virgin olive oil, jams and chestnut flour products. The farm was established around the late 90s, with 6 separate apartments in old tuscan style, swimming pool, farm restaurant, farm shop and tasting rooms. We like local traditions, genuine food and good company.
A good family environment
Reviewed By mariaHamitonCorboli offers good basic apartment facilities for a good value. The road entrance is very steep and narrow and so a large vehicle such as a van is very difficult to navigate. The owners are very accommodating. We stayed in the Casa Mina apartment.

Great place to stay in Vernio
Reviewed By AkinAli88Lovely hotel for a stay in Vernio, with stunning rooms of the hills. The best thing was the excellent service- we arrived from Bologna and the hotel arrange for staff to pick up / drop off from the station free of charge. The rooms were nice too. We arrived with another couple and so got to stay in an apartment-style room. The hotel also arranged breakfast for you, which was OK. Overall, this is a decent place to stay if you are passing through Vernio.
5. La Quercia di Vernio
The property consists of 2 double bedrooms. Apart from the private room, there is a kitchen with a dining room and a garden (both common areas) available to guests. The private two-roomed apartment offers a kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom on the second floor. The accommodations are out of the center, immersed in nature, but only 5 minutes from the village. The train station is just a 5-minute drive away and there are convenient links to Prato, Florence, Bologna, Pistoia.
