Denwa Backwater Escape is located overlooking the mesmerizing backwaters of a dam built on Denwa River in Satpura National Park, the area is popularly known as Madhai. It is built on 10 acres of forested land along the river and across the river lies the national park which is approached by a boat and then by jeeps to go deeper into forest. The lodge offers stunning views of the Denwa River, grasslands across and rolling Pachmari hills.

Reviewed By chaddadhruvThe landscape and surroundings are unreal. The view from the cottages breathtaking! The jungle is not YET very commercial which makes it a beautiful place to explore. There are various types of safari options one could try out which are not always available in other Indian Jungles. The rooms are very well constructed and curated and the staff is extremely polite and well mannered. If I had to be picky and there was one complaint it would be that the food was a bit heavy and the dishes kind of monotonous, however that is only my personal preference. All in all, a must visit (my suggestion would be in the winter) - both the property and the jungle!

Reni Pani Jungle Lodge is a modern-day conservation camp in Satpura National Park. We came here for 2 nights and both the days were truly magical! This place exceeded our expectations in everything stay, hospitality, service, safaries.We stayed in tent as well as cottage and the tents were super luxurious. No one can beat the hospitality and management of this place it is just superb, very warm and courteous people and staff who always make you feel very homely and even where the smallest thing of ours is taken care of. Both the nights, there were different and exclusive setup for dinner for us which gave us a very lively atmosphere. A big and special thanks to SHARNA the lodge manager who took care of us made us feel special and also who gave the best surprise on my birthday in the middle of forest. A big shoutout to OMKAR and ARVIND, our naturalists for the safaries who were very friendly, warm, welcoming ,very knowlegeable and enthusiastic people who made our two days the best and who have become our friends now. Have come back with the best lifetime memories 100% recommendation to all the people. I am definitely visiting Reni Pani again this year.Looking forward to those days again. Thankyou Reni pani team

Reviewed By harsh_hnpWhat else do you need when you want a vacation at Satpura ki Rani - Panchmarhi? located in the foothills of Panchmarhi (30 km away). A nice place with better and cleaner rooms, beautiful surroundings, and memories that will always cling to that place. My previous experience with resorts in Panchmarhi was horrible, but my experience at Denwa Resort has changed my perception of resorts in Panchmarhi. They made my Panchmarhi visit memorable and special with their warm service, clean rooms, and scrumptious food. All this is only possible with welcoming and caring management that takes care of all the needs. The resort has numerous activities to keep you absorbed in the natural setting. Activities such as trekking and boating around the Denwa river and an evening at the Jal Tarang lake are not to be missed. I suggest you book Riverview Cottages, which give a soothing view of the Denwa River. Note: I was able to book the Panchmarhi tour and jungle safari at the Satpura Tiger Reserve without any hassles at the resort and at no additional charge.

Reviewed By ChandrasekarR21This is an ideal location to switch off from all the work distraction and take a good break. No cell phone coverage except for bsnl. Mr Suyog, the resort manager, deserves a pat on the back for managing the resort very well ... All the staff were very friendly and very helpful... Anything we need is just a phone call away... Food was excellent... Session to session it was an eatathon literally... The staff can prepare food according to your requirement as well.... Overall would definitely recommend this place If there's anything beyond the usual 5 stars on trip advisor, i would definitely rate it higher ??

Reviewed By NikhilP1054Best place for bugeteers. The views from the resort is priceless. The location is close to booking counter. The staff was very helpful and especially manager Mr Salim took me personally for a short ride in buffer when I missed the gypsy safari. Even dropped us to Sohagpur station. Food was good. For bird lovers the Banyan tree in resort is good place to watch Grey hornbills and nearby Mahua tree accomadate the spotted owl.
