Reviewed By boudewijngresThe agriturismo of Fattoria di Monticello is a hidden secret in a peaceful, quite area with breathtaking views, nice and clean rooms (book one with balcony). Perfect place to discover Umbria or Montepulciano area or relax in the garden or pool. The food (à la carte) was perfect! We had diner outside under the pergola and a private lunch at the pool. With of course their excellent wines! Nicoletta was an amazing host, above and beyond, exceptional. Thank you so much for the experience and hospitality. I would definitely recommend Fattoria di Monticello and the services of Nicoletta!

Countryhouse Santa Maria lies in the heart of Umbria, distances 20 km from the town of Todi, 30km from Perugia, 35km from Orvieto and 40km from Assisi, all easily accessible, thanks to its proximity to the E45 dorsal Umbra highway. We are immersed in the woods, in a super panoramic countryhouse from 1600s,it has a vernacular structure, so that it was built around a 1200s tower, structured like a small village, typical of that time. The stone, wood and terracotta, porches and stairways, give to the building a charming atmosphere. In the restaurant you can enjoy our organic products. You can participate in our activities, from farm life to excursions to the art cities, from 'astronomical observation' to organizing your dream wedding. For you all the comforts: swimming pool, solarium, WIFI, heating ... The structure can be rented whole, or in independent apartments in different sizes.

Reviewed By 4568qwertWe visited Santa Maria in September 2020 for my sisters wedding of 55 guests. The staff at Santa Maria could not do enough to help, the whole time encouraging us to relax while they worked non stop. From the days before setting up, to Rosaria contributing her own flowers for the wedding, cooking us the most delicious dinners in the lead up and a 7 course tasting menu for the night of the wedding (which is still raved about now). The wedding was a full 3 day event with a pizza party, the wedding and a pool party and bbq. And the staff and setting at Santa Maria could not be faulted. It is so beautiful, with such lovely people, you are lucky to stumble across this venue! Would highly recommend for a wedding or any family/ friends getaway!

Reviewed By niconociIn August we stayed with 2 families in Casale delle due Fonti and it has really been a perfect week. Especially because the owners are such wonderful people. Gabriella is a fantastic cook. We enjoyed everything she made even if she was not satisfied herself. And so terribly kind to make gnocchi on our request. Sergio is a warm, entertaining and charming host which makes having breakfast and dinner at Casale delle due Fonti extra special. We really loved listening to his stories. And his homemade limoncello is unforgettable. If you need tips for things to do in the area Sergio knows the way and is always willing to arrange it for you. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable although kitchen facilities are a bit limited if you want to cook yourself. Especially in the one with the kitchen cupboard. Best solution is, if your budget permits it, to have dinner prepared by Gabriella. The location itself is bit remote but in a beautiful area. The real cherry on the pie is the beautiful swimmingpool area. You easily can sit the whole day watching the view while the light is changing and feel a total relaxation come over you. It was such a good experience that in fact we did not want to leave at all. Therefore we can only say one thing " A la prossima"!!!

The country house Fattoria Aquilone is located in the formwork of a medieval castle, in a village of 1200. It has five flats: Rina, Mimma, Mario, Gianna e Grancio that have a kitchen with fridge, hoven and dishwasher. The special atmosphere created by a mixture of visions and the roof garden scents Italian and a dip in the pool in green heart of the Umbrian countryside frame the realization of a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Reviewed By barbaraopoczynskaA beautiful village hidden among the green hills of Umbria. A spacious, stylishly renovated apartment. Always available and clean pool and a quiet well-kept garden. If we add to it daily baked nice and warm croisants for breakfast and smile of all Fattoria employees, then we have a perfect holiday. We highly recommend Fattoria, their delicious organic products and visiting their farm.
