Family environment with a professional approach to hospitality
Reviewed By SteliosZ10I spent Easter in the small village of Kardamila, visiting friends. My family and I stayed at the Ai Yanis suites and Apartments, on the fringes, overlooking the village. The facility is well maintained, run by a close knit family who take in guests with great care, eager to provide all the necessary amenities that will make their stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, the layout of the complex has been well thought out so that it provides both privacy and a sense of community, and it is within walking distance from the sea and the village while at the same time has the serenity and quiet atmosphere of a facility in the middle of the country side. While the breakfast is not rich, the products are fresh and tasty and the staff is always eager to attend to any additional needs that visitors may have. I would recommend it for its authenticity, as the family that runs the facility is from the village of Kardamilla and share in its sea faring history.

Our traditional guesthouse is placed in an area with rich vegetation where you can browse, view the farm animals, the treadmill, relax in the garden or the pool enjoying a refreshing handmade ice cream or a drink. Also, in our hotel you can taste home-cooked meals from the restaurant. We are located 24 km far from Chios Port (about 30 minutes by car) and 27 km far from Chios Airport.

Reviewed By KostasH_12Very close to the center of the village thus convenient. Nice swimming pool and area.Food is amazing. Room was very old, built some 50 yrs ago and never renovated. Bed sheets and towels were old as well. They need to renovate the rooms, take better care of the other areas and not only the swimming pool area and lower their prices.

Our rooms are placed in a paradisiac green area, making it an ideal destination for carefree and cozy holidays. Moreover our place is ideal destination, for activities such as rural tourism, ecology-oriented walking, etc. In the context of agrotourism, our homemade food in the room's restaurant, is made using purely organic products grown in our garden.

Reviewed By George J. LWe spent a week at the beginning of August at Victoria's Rooms. Its a very nice family run hotel, which is very near the beach of Giosonas in the North East of Chios. It also has its own restaurant with great food prepared by the family as well. The rooms are a little bit small but comfortable and clean.

Reviewed By aayvatThe hotel (that consists of 5 separate houses) is up in the hills of a village called Kardemela. Old stone houses give you the feeling that you actually are staying in a place from the medieval age. The breakfast Kiki (the owner) serves is great. In a small kitchen she creates miracles. Dimitri (Kiki's husband) is a great person full of great knowledge, if only he knew English. You can not park your car somewhere near the hotel, you have to climb up a little bit. But that's perfectly OK when you know that you will end up at a great place at the end of the little climbing.
