One year later - still perfect
Reviewed By rantorraveWe are just back from our second stay at Aliki Studios. Theo sorted our car hire and everything worked very smoothly despite very late flights in and out. He even let us keep our room till we were ready to go to catch the midnight flight. Aliki studios aren't luxurious but they are clean and well equipped for preparing simple meals on the perfectly positioned balcony overlooking gardens and sea.

Reviewed By zapolinaОчень радушные хозяева. Три двухэтажных дома, стоящие на горе. В первый день подъем испугал, а потом поднимались без напряжения. У нас был двухместный номер с мини кухней, ванной комнатой и туалетом. Вид на море с балкона - потрясающий. Пляж галечный, лучше взять с собой специальные тапочки. Дно в море - песок. Море спокойное и тёплое. Корфу в этом месте имеет внутренний изгиб, т.е. почти внутрення бухта. Видны горы Греции, как противоположный берег. В номерах очень чисто. Хозяйка Лидия следит за этим. Завтракали у себя, а обедать или ужинать ходили в Таверны на берегу. Их там несколько. Особенно рекомендую рыбную таверну Калами - до неё 10 минут по берегу. Есть где гулять вдоль береговой линии. Интернет только в доме хозяев. По ТВ только немецкие каналы. Если хотите отдохнуть вдали от «тусовок» и шумных анимаций - Вам сюда.

You can't find a nicer pool in Corfu
Reviewed By John LWe have just returned from a very restful holiday at Sofia. Katerina & her husband (the owners) could not be more helpful. Fresh bread was delivered every morning as the nearest supermarket was quite a walk away. We didn't have a car which was a mistake as apart from a couple of restaurants everything was a drive away. It was extremely hot during our stay so the pool was a godsend. The sea and small beach was just at the bottom of the track to the apartments.

Simply perfect! Like staying with beloved family, but with hotel standard service
Reviewed By Rosi PAmpelaki Studios is a big house right at the shore of quiet Boukari Beach and basically next to two seafood restaurants. Your hosts are Costas and his lovely wife Soula, who live on the ground floor. They are generous, caring, affectionate, considerate and go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable! Costas and Soula are renting out four rooms on the 1st level - two balcony rooms to the front garden with stunning sea view and two balcony rooms to the back garden. My friend and I had a spacious sea view room with air condition, kitchenette and fridge. We enjoyed to be able to have our breakfasts on the lovely balcony! Costas and Soula spoiled us with delicious, homemade lemonade (twice!), fresh grapes from their garden and laundry service free of charge when we were in desperate need of a few clean shirts and beach blankets! Soula cleaned our room every day and changed the provided towels several times throughout our one-week-stay. She would have provided us with breakfast as well, but we had already bought our own supplies before we got there. The room and the whole neighbourhood were very quiet which made our stay super relaxing! We also loved that our favourite seafood restaurant (Spiros Karidis: https://www.tripadvisor.de/Restaurant_Review-g1182197-d1178072-Reviews-Spiros_Karidis-Boukari_Corfu_Ionian_Islands.html) was just a few meters down the road! All in all it couldn't have been any lovelier and we felt truly lucky that we discovered this little gem! Thank you so much for everything, Costas and Soula!

Twilight zone
Reviewed By nick l1. Rooms not as described. It was advertised family friendly and it was a small room with a main double and a portable camping bed 2. Had to answer questions like "do you need towels" , "do you want the room cleaned" 3. Overall impression was that time had stopped somewhere at the 60's 4. Asked to prepay immediately all of the 8 nights I had booked (double that because we were two couples with a small child each) 5. I had to pay in cash becouse they only accept credit cards using an ancient manual portable gadget which I had seen in some 70,s movies. I tried to explain about the capital controls that are imposed to Greece but I had no luck. I tried to explain that web banking exists and I feel safer paying by that but I had no chance After two hours I managed to book something else and escaped from the twilight zone back to normality
