The dishes were prepared with utmost care to maintain the taste of basic vegetables that gives a rich dinning experience. The ambience in Hotel Black Mango is amazing and the staff is very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are also very nice and beautiful.

Reviewed By aurelia356Les points négatifs : - la chambres et la salle de bain moyennement propres - l’absence de papier toilette - l’absence de serviette de bain à notre arrivée, il a fallu en demander deux fois pour qu’on nous en donne une - le service au restaurant désorganisé - les formulaires interminables à remplir à l’arrivée, deux fois ! - l’absence climatisation dégoulinante d’eau dans le restaurant - la salle de restaurant enfumée sans fenêtres Les points positifs : - le gérant sympathique qui semblait faire de son mieux - les plats du restaurants qui étaient très bons et copieux - le fait qu’ils aient retrouvé notre téléphone et nous l’aient rendu alors qu’on l’avait oublié dans la chambre Bon, on ne reviendra pas, mais ça aurait pu être pire.

Worst hotel stay ever
Reviewed By SonikaR19It is not a drive in hotel. Parking is an issue. Though on request, hotel staff arranges parking in some public parking some distance away. To reach the reception one has to climb stairs. Rooms are invariably dirty, drains stink, making the whole room stink. Towels are as dirty as foot mats. Linen was all stained. Floors are sticky. Door and door handles are so dirty and sticky, that I had to use tissue paper to deal with my movement. Shower was blocked ( and I was allotted the most premium room on pre- booking). All surfaces had dust and I have asthma. This was the second time I had stayed in the hotel, and despite reviews submitted earlier, nothing had changed. Staff doesn't correspond within itself. With change in shift, everything changes. We had booked the conference Hall for a training. Hall is pretty spacious, but amenities are limited. Hall was dirty when we started in the morning. Empty whisky bottle covers and soda bottles were stacked near water campor, cake cutting from previous night( or before) by some other party left it's mark all over. Floor was sticky. Main Door keeps creaking, interrupting the training. I requested for oiling it, but staff took their own solution- they opened the door fully and tied it's handle with the handle of door for open restaurant. Toilet for conference hall is common for men and women, and if not asked, hotel doesn't bother to keep it clean. Dirty doors and door handles is a common issue everywhere in the hotel. Food is average, but the unhygenic surroundings make you wonder twice whether you should eat. Not recommended for stay. Sadly this is the only hotel in the city that provides conference Hall, so that doesn't leave with much options for conducting office events within the city.
