Wow, wow, wow- what an incredible experience from start to finish with such a great instructor! My husband and I headed to Wyboston Lakes on a rather misty December day wondering what we had decided to do on a Sunday afternoon (and why an earth we chose December!) Lloyd greeted us at reception and we walked with him to the hovercraft area. He gave us both an extensive safety briefing, we were kitted up with headphones with mike, (and a helmet) so we could hear instructions over the engine/fan noise. Lloyd remains behind you in the hovercraft at all times. We each did a good lengthy practice on land, getting the hang of piloting the hovercraft before donning a life jacket and heading onto the lake for a few circuits. The mist on the lake lent a rather eerie note like you were the only ones around ... well we were probably the only nutters to do this in December! This experience was amazing but it was having the clear instructions and encouragement from Lloyd that really did make this and if he can get employee of the month/year he definitely has our vote! Please, please give this a go! We are both in our 50’s and there are just some things you need to experience in life and this should be on everyone’s bucket list! Hugely recommended- and ask for Lloyd!

First time to the Y Spa, although we sent my parents earlier this year and a few friends have been for the day too so it was recommended! Gorgeous stay from start to finish, chocolates and card in the hotel room on arrival, lovely bar, excellent 3 course meal in the waterfront restaurant and that’s even before spending time in the Y Spa ????♀️ I’ll definitely be returning again for the day or another stay with the girls, THANK YOU so much! It took us 15 minutes to get home too, a local gem ????

Played wyboston in October and was surprised how dry the course was. The greens and fairways were in great condition, only problem was all the leaves on the ground, too easy to mis place your ball! Clubhouse was impressive and food was delicious. I would highly recommend playing here
