This railway is operated by volunteers. All profits are reinvested into the railway. This site is an oasis of an open green space a stones throw from Kingston. We operate a 7.25 gauge ground level railway AND a multi gauge elevated railway. We offer parties access to our meadow complete with large picnic tables and umbrellas. On open days we run trains between 2-5:30pm. We also have a decent kitchen offering traditional cream teas and an ice cream parlour complete with diet busting ice creams. The railway opens on the first Sunday of every month from Easter until October plus any bank holiday Sunday and Monday. In December we are in our Santa Special - this is a ticket only event - tickets go on sale in August and very year.
