Reviewed By DIMPLE SAlways an excellent stay and beautiful room. check-in was smooth, the ambience was good, got an upgrade for a Deluxe category of room with a balcony as a genius member free of cost. staff are attentive as we are regular guests.

Royal Executive Suites is located in Manama. Wahooo! Waterpark is 6 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. All units are air conditioned and feature a sitting area. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher. An oven, a microwave and toaster are also available, as well as a kettle. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine treatments
Reviewed By ياسمين بI have tried the Ayurvedic treatments and they were strange but fabulous and the staff was obviously very experienced and professional. The ambience is more like a residential treatment and rehabilitation center, so maybe they should remove the word resort or change to a resort like atmosphere: candles, healing music, aromatherapy, and teach staff to be softer-spoken. They have an Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine doctors who can design a program for you. They also have herbal pharmacy. One thing: change your Nestle bottled water. Nestle pays money to Israel Defense Army that kills palestinian children. Peace!!!

Very bad service by the manager
Reviewed By mogamedBeware of this hotel manager he is a liar and 2 faced deceitful person. I boomed the apartment 2 months in advance for 10 nights 7 June till 17th June I received confirmation from the hotel and I emailed him at least on 3 different occasions. Then 3 days b4 I arrived I got and email stating I need to transfer a deposit into there account within 24 hours. An hour later I get another email from them that as no deposit was paid they cancelled my booking . I called booking .com with whom I did the booking and was told my booking is still valid. The hotel email me again stating they can only accommodate me till the 13th in such short notice I accepted it. On arrival I asked to speak to the manager and this guy jamil told me the manager is not in and there is nothing he can do. I waited at reception for 30 min and when the other staff came in they told me jamil is the manager. He just stood there and lied to me with no regret then he tried to blame everything on booking .com and would not even apologise for anything. He admitted that he got better money from other guest for the days from 13th June to 17th and that if I wanted to stay I must pay more . He is a lying cheat he could not even admit he was wrong .I was told he did it to 3 other people as Well and now that the hotel got a bad name they changed the name to Tanger towers. Very bad management and this deceitful liar
